Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Thursday, January 14, teases that Bonnie Lockhart (Judi Evans) will have a meltdown over the case of the missing twins. Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) will hang up from his call with Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) and insist Bonnie needs to talk to the cops ASAP.
Justin will feel like Bonnie is Eli and Lani Price-Grant’s (Sal Stowers) best shot at reuniting with their babies.
Bonnie will start panicking over the pressure of all this. She thought she was chatting with a strange lady in the park, not putting herself at the center of a kidnapping mystery!
However, Justin might mention Bonnie’s granddaughter, Emily Brady (Natalie and Katie Monarch). How would Bonnie feel if someone stole Emily? Bonnie would definitely want all hands on deck to help find the kid.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Bonnie will calm down before long. She’ll concentrate on the task at hand and assure Lani that she’ll help locate the kidnapper. In order to do that, Bonnie will need to speak with a sketch artist and describe what that jittery woman looked like.
Once Bonnie gives enough details, the artist will wrap up the drawing and let Bonnie see if it resembles the woman she saw.
Bonnie will agree it’s the spitting image of the baby snatcher, so the sketch will become a critical part of the investigation. Days spoilers state that Lani, Eli, Valerie Grant (Vanessa Williams) and Abe Carver (James Reynolds) will all check it out.
Valerie and Lani will realize this is Dr. Amanda Raynor (Victoria Platt), who used to work at the hospital and was previously at the center of another baby mystery.
Dr. Raynor helped Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) and Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) cover up the baby switch, so Eli will follow up on this lead next week. Meanwhile, Dr. Raynor will deliver Carver Grant and Julia “Jules” Grant to someone important on Thursday.
It’s clear that Dr. Raynor was roped into this because of her previous status at the hospital. Dr. Raynor easily avoided the security cameras since she knew where they were. The doc also didn’t raise any red flags with her presence since everyone assumed she was just rehired and back at work.
Now that Dr. Raynor has fulfilled her role in the kidnapping scheme, she’s ready to move these babies along. Days spoilers say Ivan Marais (Ivan G’Vera) is set to make an appearance according to the credits this week. Since we know Carver and Jules will be given to someone familiar, Ivan is the perfect fit.
DOOL viewers know Ivan would do just about anything for his “Madame” – that’s Vivian Alamain (Linda Dano). Vivian may be seeking revenge on Lani again for killing Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash). She probably also wants a set of twins to replace the ones that were stolen from her.
Vivian is presumed dead, so she can’t exactly be out and about to pick up the babies. Ivan, on the other hand, can take these little ones from Dr. Raynor and deliver them to Vivian’s undisclosed location – and it looks like that’s just what he’ll do.
At the DiMera mansion, Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) will accuse Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) of lying again. Gwen lied about Abigail and Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) kissing, so why wouldn’t she lie about sleeping with Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn)?
Abigail just won’t want to believe Chad would cheat with Gwen and deceive her about it.
Although Gwen will understand Abigail’s reluctance to believe her beloved husband betrayed her, Gwen will maintain that it’s true. She’ll rather vividly describe her steamy night with Chad and praise his lovemaking abilities.
By the end of this fight, Abigail will accept that Gwen and Chad really did land in bed together. Gwen will get a well-deserved slap from Abigail before she’s ordered out of the house again.
Days spoilers say Gwen will practically be skipping with delight soon after. When Gwen sees Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) in the town square, she’ll drop a hint about “Chabby” imploding.
Kate will be frustrated since she just warned Chad to come clean before Gwen had the chance. Sadly, Chad wasn’t able to do that – and now Abigail’s going to be even more hurt. Kate will lash out at Gwen and wonder what her motives are.
This grudge of Gwen’s won’t make any sense to Kate, but Gwen may suggest everything will make sense soon.
Days spoilers state that Gwen will remain cryptic about why she made Abigail and her family members targets. Gwen will want to save her biggest shockers for the week of January 18-22, so DOOL fans will want to stay tuned.
Until then, Chad will return home to a heartbroken and seething Abigail. He’ll realize she knows about his New Year’s Eve hookup with Gwen, but he’ll hope to explain.
Chad will stammer out excuses and try to make Abigail understand. He may put most of the blame on Gwen, but Chad’s the one who broke his marriage vows.
Abigail won’t care that Chad was drunk and won’t be moved by his tears. Chad will want an opportunity to fix his marriage to Abigail, but she won’t be certain that’s possible – not again! It’ll take some time before Abigail can even think about forgiving Chad.
Back with Kate, she’ll have some heartfelt words for Abe as he deals with his family’s abduction crisis. Kate will get what Abe’s going through and most likely offer to help if she can. There’s nothing Kate can do at the moment, but Abe will be thankful for the support anyway.
