Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Victoria Konefal (Ciara Brady Weston) just scored a well-deserved Daytime Emmy win, so a proud Robert Scott Wilson offered high praise following the 48th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards. Konefal emerged victorious in the category of Outstanding Younger Performer in a Drama Series, which should come as no surprise to many fans.
In an incredibly memorable performance, Victoria Konefal showed off some serious talent. She submitted the scenes after the literal wedding blowup where Ciara accused Claire Brady (then played by Olivia Rose Keegan) and rehashed their tumultuous history.
If you were watching the show that day, it was certainly one of those times when you just KNEW a Daytime Emmy performance was happening. There was never really any doubt that Konefal would score a victory, so we have to agree with Robert Scott Wilson on this one.
Wilson sent out a tweet to say that they “got it right” and let Konefal know how proud he was of her. It’s always nice to see Days stars supporting their castmates – and Robert Scott Wilson wasn’t the only one doing that after Friday night’s big Emmy win for Konefal.
Lindsay Arnold (Allie Horton) also tweeted out that her best friend just won an Emmy and encouraged fans to join the celebration. Lucas Adams (Tripp Johnson) offered praise as well, so Konefal has plenty of respected peers on side.
Even DOOL Head Writer Ron Carlivati joined in the support fest and reminded fans to tune in for Konefal’s latest stint, which kicks off during the week of June 28-July 2.
Days spoilers say Ben will dream of a wonderful Ciara reunion and then try to pull off the real thing! It won’t be easy since Ciara will still be battling amnesia, but Ben will hope that love can conquer all.
Of course, Victoria Konefal will have a chance to offer some other great performances and perhaps score another Daytime Emmy next year! We’ll provide updates as other Days news rolls in.
