Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Wednesday, October 20, tease that Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) will reveal her Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) theory – and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will seek EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) secrets involving Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk). Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) will also get a new date to make up for the last one, so here’s what DOOL fans can expect.
First on Wednesday’s Days episode, Abigail will talk to Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) about Gwen’s arrest. She’ll form a theory that involves Gwen piling on more lies to avoid telling Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) the far worse truth.
Like Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth), Abigail may find herself wondering what could be worse than Gwen telling Jack she was a prostitute.
Gwen’s lie involves the timing of her miscarriage, but Abigail may not figure that part out just yet. Even so, Abigail will likely worry Gwen’s deception will lead to more pain for Jack.
As for Chad, he’ll share some kisses with Abigail and enjoy the steps forward they’ve taken in their reunion.
Chad still won’t be happy about EJ taking on the role of John Black (Drake Hogestyn) in Johnny DiMera’s (Carson Boatman) movie, but he’ll choose to have faith in Abigail and their marriage.
Meanwhile, EJ will turn on the charm and romance Nicole on a date do-over. He’ll think they deserve another chance at a night out – no Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) allowed this time!
Unfortunately, there’ll still be some problems since Steve’s on a mission to find out where Kristen is hiding out.
After Steve fills Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) in on the assignment Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) gave him, he’ll get to work ASAP.
That means cornering EJ to seek any info he can gather about Kristen, but he may try to be subtle about it.
Kayla will do her part to help, but EJ’s a smart guy and will no doubt realize what the investigative duo is up to.
EJ probably won’t be interested in doing anything that could put Kristen’s freedom in jeopardy, so he should play dumb and keep his sister out of trouble.
Next, it looks like Justin will get out on bail while Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) remains locked up for now.
Victor’s counting on Steve to deliver Kristen so that DA Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) will let both his nephews off the hook, but that’s going to take some time.
Until then, Justin will score a visit with Bonnie Lockhart (Judi Evans). They’ll share some emotional moments in the interrogation room, where Justin will push Bonnie to hang in there and have hope for their future together.
Other Days spoilers say Jack will visit Gwen behind bars, so that’ll bring some strong emotions as well.
Jack won’t like the situation Gwen’s put herself in, but he won’t be willing to give up on his daughter. He’ll keep his promise to always support Gwen, but she’ll fear all this could go away if Jack learns the whole truth!
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Gwen and Jack’s relationship should take a huge hit down the road, so stick with DOOL for more drama.
