Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Wednesday, September 15 Recap – Ben’s Violent Storm Warning – Bonnie Explains Dead Body Count

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Wednesday, September 15, reveals that Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) got a violent reminder and knew a storm was brewing. Bonnie Lockhart (Judi Evans) also explained her three dead body count to Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth), so here’s what played out on Wednesday’s DOOL show.

At Basic Black, Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) pushed Nicole to talk about her feelings for Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), but Nicole argued that Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) was her friend – and Rafe was Ava’s man.

Chloe wondered if Nicole was concerned about her safety considering Ava’s history, but Nicole wasn’t and felt her situation was different from Chloe’s since Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) had a reason to be jealous and paranoid.

In the town square, Philip demanded to know if Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) and Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) were plotting with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) behind his back.

Gabi and Jake acted like they were putting Brady on notice about the keylogger instead, but Brady said they were all insane.

Brady mentioned having a very important project that needed his attention and added that Chloe was waiting for him.

Once Brady sauntered off, Jake and Gabi got Philip all riled up with claims about what Brady told them. They acted like Brady said Chloe was better off without Philip and that it was just a matter of time until she dumped him.

After Philip took off in a jealous rage, Gabi and Jake celebrated their teamwork.

Jake eventually worried that their plot could backfire if Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) named Brady CEO instead, but Gabi vowed that wouldn’t happen since they’d already tried it a million times.

Gabi felt confident they would win that spot and suggested that Philip was close to imploding.

Next on Wednesday’s Days episode, Brady showed up at Basic Black in time to hear something about Chloe’s feelings for him.

Brady tried to quiz Chloe after Nicole left, but Chloe just brought up the spyware and wanted him to be honest about whether he installed it on Philip’s computer.

Brady confirmed that he didn’t and made a speech about how valuable Chloe was to Basic Black. He insisted he liked having Chloe around and added that she made everything better.

Philip appeared in the doorway and ranted about Chloe shooting the breeze with Brady after she turned him down for lunch.

Philip was especially irritated since Jake and Gabi said Brady would anything to win Chloe back.

Brady insisted Philip was a paranoid maniac and left, so Philip defended his actions to Chloe.

Philip felt he had to take a stand when Brady was badmouthing him to employees and talked about how much he didn’t want to lose Chloe. Philip then hugged Chloe, who looked uneasy over his shoulder.

Back with Nicole on Wednesday’s DOOL episode, she ran into Rafe outside the pub and tried to hurry on past.

Rafe hoped Nicole wasn’t expecting them to avoid each other forever – because he wasn’t down with that.

Nicole admitted that Ava told her Rafe had feelings for her, but he argued that he didn’t pursue them and was with Ava now.

“It’s not like you had those feelings for me, right?” Rafe asked. Nicole insisted that whatever feelings were there had to be over and hurried along despite Rafe looking glum.

In New Orleans on Wednesday’s Days episode, Ben and Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) approached Oak Valley, which was where Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) and Hope Brady’s (Kristian Alfonso) love story “kind of took off.”

Ciara and Ben had traveled a long way for the tour, but the guide informed them that they just closed for the day.

After Ciara explained how important this place was to her parents, the revealed that they were never able to come back since her dad passed away.

This news affected the tour guide, who decided to give them a private tour – even though she wasn’t supposed to.

Once the tour was done, Ben and Ciara admitted it wasn’t what they expected. They talked about how slaves had planted the trees and built the plantation house, where all the names were listed.

The tour guide was glad to give Ciara and Ben a more accurate picture of history. She argued that if there was violence underneath the surface, it was always going to be there and couldn’t be ignored.

That comment affected Ben and obviously made him think about his own violent history, so Ciara noticed he was acting a bit off.

However, Ben acted like he was just tired. Once the tour guide left, Ciara talked about their plans for the rest of the evening.

Ben assured Ciara he was on board, but he felt they should get a move on since a storm was coming. After Ben and Ciara walked off, the wind whizzed harder and rocked the Oak Valley sign.

In the Salem PD interrogation room, Justin sat across from Bonnie and settled in for the story of Harrison Lord’s (Kevin Sizemore) death.

Bonnie was supposed to get half a million for turning in the winning buddy bucks scratch-off card.

Bonnie had some reservations, so Calista Lockhart (Cady Huffman) left Harrison alone to convince and coach Bonnie.

Harrison wound up hitting on Bonnie and got aggressive when she turned him down. He ripped Bonnie’s sleeve and said she should let this happen, but Bonnie grabbed the gun from Harrison’s pocket and held it on him.

A struggle ensued before the gun went off and pumped a deadly bullet into Harrison’s chest.

When Calista returned, she naturally didn’t believe Bonnie’s story. Bonnie dropped the gun and ran, but she guessed Calista had too many crimes of her own piling up and didn’t come after her as a result.

Calista later got updates on Bonnie marrying rich and showed up out of the blue to collect what she thought she was owed.

Bonnie explained the stolen money and the similar situation that resulted in Calista’s accidental death, too.

As for Bonnie’s husband, David Lockhart, she confessed that Mimi Lockhart (Farah Fath) snapped and killed him.

Bonnie couldn’t let her daughter go to prison, so she took the fall and spent all those years in prison for her.

Justin was moved and felt the person with a big enough heart to do that was the person he fell in love with – the person he still loved.

Although they’d be facing a hard fight in court, Justin insisted he still intended to marry Bonnie when this was all over.

A relieved and grateful Bonnie hugged Justin as she cried.

Days of Our Lives spoilers say Bonnie’s indeed facing an uphill legal battle, so don’t miss what’s in store.
