Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of August 9-13 tease that Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will force Ciara Brady’s (Victoria Konefal) cabin crisis while Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) faces EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feurriegel) wrath. Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) will also seek Rafe Hernandez’s (Galen Gering) comfort, so there’s a lot to look forward to.
DOOL will return with new episodes starting Monday, August 9, so it won’t be long until the action picks back up in Salem. For starters, let’s talk about the wedding cliffhanger and where things are headed in that storyline.
Ciara was stunned to see Ben was her driver and now knows she isn’t going to the church.
Ben intends to take Ciara to the cabin where their love story began instead, but things may get worse before they get better!
Ciara is bound to freak over Ben kidnapping her and making it so she can’t marry Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson). However, Ben will feel like Ciara’s going to thank him later.
Ben will just have to hope his plan pays off with a cabin breakthrough eventually – and it seems likely that Ciara will indeed get her “Cin” memories back there.
In the meantime, Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) will have some explaining to do.
Days spoilers say Theo will reel over the bogus bride he just unveiled. He expected to see Ciara standing in front of him, but he got Claire instead.
Theo will wonder what’s going on – and so will the rest of the guests awaiting answers at the ceremony.
Claire may argue that she’s protecting Theo from far worse heartache. Theo would be devastated if he married Ciara only to have her remember Ben and divorce him later.
Although Theo has already fallen pretty hard, it’d still be less painful for this relationship to end now.
Claire may admit she helped Ben whisk Ciara away from the ceremony, though she’ll no doubt leave out where he took her.
Even so, it may not take Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) long to figure out Ben might’ve gone to the cabin with Ciara.
Claire’s sure to get an earful from Theo, Shawn and Belle Brady (Martha Madison), but she’ll stand by her actions as the right thing to do.
Allie Horton’s (Lindsay Arnold) cooperation might also come to light and land her in some hot water.
Once Shawn and perhaps Theo are on their way to the cabin, it could become a race against time for Ben.
This is Ben’s big chance to jog Ciara’s memory, but he’ll have to make it happen fast.
At the DiMera mansion, EJ will taunt Sami a bit as he prepares to drop a bomb. He’ll enjoy making Sami squirm by praising her loyalty again and perhaps bringing up Lucas Horton’s (Bryan Dattilo) name.
EJ will eventually turn this into a heated confrontation over Sami’s betrayal, so she’ll find out the incriminating letter landed in her husband’s hands.
EJ will probably admit Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) delivered the news and act like it was karma for Sami the cheating hypocrite.
Days spoilers say Sami will try to explain, but EJ will rip into her with everything he’s got.
There’s a good chance this is building to EJ’s divorce decision, but he may start by kicking her out of the house.
The DiMera mansion belongs to Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus), so she gets to decide who lives there.
Nevertheless, Sami might agree to move out since EJ won’t be able to stand the sight of her.
The best thing Sami can do right now is let EJ cool off and stay out of his way.
As for Nicole, she’ll give Rafe updates on her own romantic woes.
Rafe will hear about that nightmare of an anniversary party, which led to Nicole and Eric Brady’s (Greg Vaughan) decision to split.
Nicole will need some comfort, so Rafe will pull her into a close embrace – one a jealous Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) will witness.
Finally, Gabi will carry out a new plot with Jake DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) help. It sounds like it’ll be time for phase one of Gabi’s Titan takeover scheme.
Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) should become Gabi’s target, but this plan could end in disaster if she’s not careful!
