Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of December 20-24 tease that John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will get a miracle while Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) tricks Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) in bed. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will also fire up Christmas, so here’s what DOOL fans can expect in the coming episodes.
For starters, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will make an alarming discovery. He’ll find Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) knocked out cold before realizing Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) is missing.
Steve will join forces with Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) as they search for answers about Tripp’s vanishing act, which may have something to do with the devil.
Possessed Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will recruit Jan, who’ll be out of her coma and ready for revenge. With the help of the devil’s powers, Jan will look just like Belle Brady (Martha Madison) when she seduces Shawn.
The real Belle will catch Shawn in bed with her evil twin, so that’ll bring questions until Jan reveals she’s the one who got Shawn to hit the sheets.
There’s a good chance Belle’s interruption will come before Shawn and Jan actually do the deed, but they’ll still be horrified over Jan teaming up with the devil.
As for Brady Black’s (Eric Martsolf) case, Belle will have a hunch that he’s being framed. It’ll just be a matter of proving it, but that’ll be easier said than done!
Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) will find herself in a tricky position after Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) reveals himself to his mother.
Days spoilers say Kate will hide Philip and lie to Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) about her son’s survival.
However, Kate may not be able to stop Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) from becoming privy to Philip’s secret. Lucas has been worried he’ll never see his brother again, but he’ll soon face a shocker – and that probably means reuniting with a very much alive Philip.
As for Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers), she won’t even want to hear Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) say a simple “Merry Christmas.” Lani will put Paulina through another harsh rejection as she continues to punish her lying birth mother.
Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) will make it back to Salem along with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman), but their big news will cause issues.
Johnny and Chanel will rush to their own defense after they drop a bomb on their parents – one that most likely involves an engagement or elopement.
It’s clear that this Italy trip has connected Chanel and Johnny on a deeper level, but EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) and Paulina will object to how fast things are moving.
Allie will eventually find Tripp safe and sound, so they’ll also face Chanel and Johnny’s shocking updates.
Other Days spoilers say Sami and EJ will come together for a charged moment, so that’ll end with EJ changing his mind and Sami getting her wish. It sounds like an “EJami” reunion may arrive just in time for the holidays.
Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) will also bring Jennifer Horton Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) home from Boston, so Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) will be thrilled along with Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and the kids.
Possessed Marlena will eventually go after Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) and her unborn child, but Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will fight the devil with everything he’s got.
Ben will take a bold stand against Marlena, who’ll terrorize Ciara, Ben, Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) and Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) with some fiery torches this Christmas.
Finally, John will get a special holiday miracle, so that may involve Eric Brady’s (Greg Vaughan) surprise return to Salem. Eric is set to come back as a priest soon and should be able to do Marlena’s looming exorcism, but there’ll be a few more obstacles along the way.
