Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) and Charlie Dale (Mike Manning) will have an intense confrontation back at Charlie’s place. At that point, Charlie will be a free man for the time being.
One way or another, Charlie will walk out of that police station and immediately head back to his apartment. That’s where Tripp will be waiting after sneaking in.
As Charlie returns, Tripp will hear a noise and hold a baseball bat to arm himself. However, Tripp will eventually lower that bat and use his words to attack his half-brother.
Days spoilers say Tripp will demand Charlie’s full confession to the cops. He’ll want Charlie to come clean about everything he did to Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) as well as to Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) that night in London.
Of course, Days of Our Lives spoilers say Charlie will refuse to take orders from Tripp – and he won’t give up hope on a future with Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) either. Charlie will feel like this is his chance at bliss, so he won’t be willing to surrender.
After this fight with Tripp, Charlie will manage to corner Claire somewhere. That sounds awfully dangerous considering who Charlie is and what he’s capable of.
Charlie will find Claire on Friday, January 22, so this could lead to a pretty perilous cliffhanger. DOOL fans might see Charlie grab Claire or at least go chasing after her.
Could this set the stage for Charlie’s deadly exit? Days of Our Lives spoilers say a gunshot will be heard during the week of January 25-29. That’s obviously a bit vague, but that’s all the show’s willing to offer right now. Since Days isn’t dishing out many details, maybe a murder mystery is brewing!
There’s no word on who’ll fire this shot, so that sounds like a good whodunit. If Charlie is on the receiving end of the bullet, there’ll be no shortage of suspects. Charlie seems like the perfect character to kill off and center a juicy mystery around, so perhaps he’ll indeed be murdered.
Allie already threatened Tripp with a gun when she thought he was responsible for her assault. If Charlie gets shot, you can bet Allie will be near the top of the suspect list. Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) and even Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) might fall under suspicion, too.
Tripp and fresh-out-of-the-hospital Ava would be other potential shooters. John Black (Drake Hogestyn) has trouble controlling his emotions lately and put Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) back in a coma, so he’s certainly capable of violence.
Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) might also become a suspect along with anyone else who’d want to protect Claire or score revenge for Allie.
Regardless, Charlie might be a goner if this upcoming gunshot is meant for him! A ‘Who Shot Charlie?’ mystery could easily be coming up! We’ll provide updates as other DOOL news becomes available.
