Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will look to the future – and he’ll have Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) by his side to help him do it. Since Xander recently quit his job as co-CEO of Titan Industries, now’s the time to reevaluate and concentrate on more important matters.
Xander will certainly want a new career and can mull over what path he should take in the coming weeks. However, what Xander will want to mull over first is his relationship with Sarah and where he wants it to go next.
Of course, it’s no secret that Xander wants to make Sarah his wife. Xander was all set to marry Sarah before the baby switch blew up in his face and ruined their wedding.
Thankfully, Xander has done his best to prove himself to Sarah. There’s a deeper level of respect and trust between them now, so Xander will have high hopes after making a big decision.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Xander will pop the question again during the week of February 15-19. Sarah should gladly accept – and this will lead to a bigger conversation about their future.
DOOL fans know Sarah was devastated after the baby swap came to light since it meant losing two children.
Sarah lost Mackenzie “Mickey” Horton when she realized Mickey was actually Rachel Black. She also had to grieve the loss of the real Mickey, so it was a terrible double blow to get past.
With all that in mind, Sarah needed time to process the hole each loss left in her heart. It was good for Sarah to take a step back before trying to jump into motherhood again.
Nevertheless, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) once predicted that maybe Sarah would move forward and have another child. It’s another reasonable step for Xander and Sarah to talk about as they prepare for the road ahead.
Once Xander and Sarah lock in their marriage plans, will there be some talk about babies as well? Will Sarah and Xander discuss trying for their first child after they tie the knot?
Regardless, it seems likely a “Xarah” baby could become part of the equation once these two make it official.
It’d be nice to see Sarah get a second chance baby – and watching Daddy Xander navigate fatherhood with his own child this time would be fun, too. As other Days news emerges, we’ll bring you updates.
