General Hospital Spoilers: Britt’s Deadly Disease Diagnosis at Mercy Hospital – Desperate Fight to Survive

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will fret over her mysterious illness and the possibility that she doesn’t have very long to live. GH viewers know Britt’s been dealing with some hand tremors, but she’s been doing her best to hide them from those around her.

Even so, Britt’s clearly rattled whenever she can’t stop herself from shaking. There’s a serious issue here that needs to be addressed. Of course, there have also been some hints in Britt’s dialogue about making the most of the time she has left.

There’ll soon be other clues that tie in with this idea that time isn’t on Britt’s side. Britt seems to know she’s up against something that could potentially be cut her life short.

However, General Hospital spoilers hint that Britt doesn’t have a firm answer on her health battle just yet.

Britt may simply be relying on a self-diagnosis and predicting the end of the road for herself as a result. GH fans can expect Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) to worry about his friend when Britt schedules a checkup for him at General Hospital.

Brad will enjoy the break from prison, but Britt’s obvious hand tremor will kill the fun of these two catching up.

General Hospital spoilers say Brad will acknowledge that Britt’s struggling to steady her hand. He’ll sense that something’s wrong and push Britt to open up about it. Britt may try to brush it off as nothing, but it’ll sure look like a big deal to Brad.

Since Brad cares about Britt, he’ll think she’s the one who really needs the checkup. Although Britt seems like she’s accepted her apparent death sentence, she’ll wind up making an appointment at Mercy Hospital in the coming episodes. That’ll be a good way for Britt to avoid questions from the staff at GH.

It’s possible Britt got a checkup in the past that first pointed to trouble. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) once claimed that Britt had tested negative for Huntington’s disease – at least based on what Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) told Anna back in March 2018.

There’s a chance Britt lied to Liesl about her results, so that’s something to keep in mind. If Britt inherited Huntington’s disease from Cesar Faison (Anders Hove), that would explain the hand tremors since those are a typical symptom.

Then again, it could be some other terrible illness that Britt’s trying to tackle. Since General Hospital spoilers point to Britt seeking a diagnosis at this Mercy Hospital appointment, so she still needs confirmation on the reason for these hand tremors.

Britt will hope to nail down what she’s facing and maybe even see if there are new treatments to explore. Although Britt doesn’t currently seem to think much can be done for her, there’s always hope on a soap. Miracle cures are common, so maybe Britt will get one eventually.

As other GH news comes in, we’ll bring you updates. General Hospital spoilers say Britt will have to fight hard to live and keep delivering the drama fans want. We can’t lose “The Britch,” so let’s hope she beats this!
