General Hospital Spoilers: Cameron Heads to Prison Instead of College – Punishment for Jason’s Attempted Murder?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Cameron Webber (William Lipton) has gotten himself stuck in quite a jam. Unfortunately, it’s one that may not be easy to wiggle out of – even with a good lawyer like Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) on his side.

Despite not being able to remember it at this point, Cameron indeed shot Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) in the back. Jason could’ve died and most certainly would have if Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) hadn’t had the same blood type for his transfusion.

Cameron might’ve caught a lucky break if Carly and Damian Spinelli’s (Bradford Anderson) plan had held in place. Spinelli originally had the footage looped with what was seen in the garage two days prior.

He also made it so the current footage wouldn’t be recorded, but a system reboot denied Spinelli’s access and made the security cams go live once again.

That means when this case goes to trial, there’ll be hard evidence of Cameron’s guilt. With a video that proves Cameron shot Jason, how’s he going to get off the hook? General Hospital fans may see Cameron go on trial and prepare for a tough blow.

Scott might sell the story of a young man tormented by grief and driven to his breaking point. He might hope to stir up some sympathy, but the truth is Cameron committed this crime and may have to pay for it.

After all, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) nearly killed Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) through that assault at General Hospital and is now behind bars.

Alexis ultimately chose to face the consequences, so Cam might wind up doing the same. Regardless, consequences may be inevitable based on the evidence in this case.

Aside from that video evidence, Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) also caught Cameron with the gun in his hands. Cameron is in serious trouble here!

General Hospital spoilers previously pointed to a shocking incident blowing Cam’s life up in a big way. It seemed like that was going to be Franco Baldwin’s (Roger Howarth) death until this shooting happened.

Now Cameron’s split-second decision to fire a shot at Jason may be what blows things up for him. It’s safe to say Cam’s Stanford plans have gone out the window, but he may not be headed to PCU either.

Instead, Cameron might find himself headed to prison instead of off to college! Will Cameron have to face his punishment for Jason’s attempted murder? As other GH news becomes available, we’ll pass along updates.

General Hospital spoilers say some heartbreaking developments are still to come for Cameron, so stay tuned to ABC’s GH. CDL’s where you want to be for hot General Hospital spoilers, updates and news, so be sure to stop by again soon.
