General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that big trouble is brewing for Cameron Webber (William Lipton). GH fans just saw the first sign of that trouble since Cam made an ominous declaration.
Cameron is obviously quite concerned about the threat to Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) now that The Invader’s article has made the public fear him.
Cam and Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) even urged Franco to hire a bodyguard, but Franco downplayed the danger and acted like the attack at GH was an isolated incident.
Later, Trina could tell Cameron was planning something – though he admitted he didn’t know what he had in store yet. All Cameron knew was that no matter what, he’d find a way to keep his family safe!
Unfortunately, General Hospital spoilers say Cameron’s plan isn’t going to work out well for him. Cameron will indeed make some bold moves during February sweeps, but they won’t have the outcome he expects. A shocking event is coming up that’ll change Cameron’s life and leave his world crumbling.
It sounds like any chance of Cameron attending Stanford will go right out the window. Of course, Cameron could have far bigger problems than that. It seems like this storyline will go one of two ways.
It’s possible Cameron will land in grave danger and wind up seriously injured as a result of his attempt to protect Franco. That could certainly blow up Cam’s world and leave him fighting to survive.
However, other General Hospital spoilers point to Cameron showing off his dark side in the coming weeks. That opens the door for Cam to potentially hit a victim as part of this push to protect Franco. Just how far will Cam go? How dark are we talking?
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) made a murder pact with Franco and intends to kill him if any deadly warning signs surface. However, Liz begged Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) not to let Jason take her husband away from her.
That could put Nikolas in the middle of this mess, which Cam is bound to get dragged into as well.
Although Peter August (Wes Ramsey) may be pulling strings from afar, it seems like Cameron, Jason and Nikolas are the key players to keep an eye on here. Will Cameron get shot trying to protect Franco? Will Cam get his hands on a gun and become the shooter instead?
Jason or Nikolas might get hurt by mistake since we know Cameron’s plans will go wrong somehow. Whatever the case, Cameron will land in a terrible predicament that destroys his world and blow up his life in the process! As other GH news and updates come in, we’ll keep you posted.
