General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) return will bring some new romantic possibilities. Before Brook Lynn left Port Charles, it seemed like GH writers were teasing Brook Lynn and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) as an option.
Chase and Brook Lynn got off on the wrong foot with all the arrests Chase kept having to make, but they eventually found their way to friendship. After Brook Lynn’s throat was slashed, it was Chase who stepped up to support her in her time of need.
GH fans also saw Brook Lynn support Chase as he struggled with losing Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), so it was nice watching their bond grow and change. Now that Brook Lynn’s back in town, what does that mean for her future?
Brook Lynn will need a love interest eventually – and just because she’s having a baby with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) doesn’t mean anything will happen in the love department.
Valentin’s heart will always belong mostly to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) with just a sliver saved for Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).
This doesn’t seem like a scenario where Valentin will truly fall for Brook Lynn just because she’s having his child. If anything, it probably means Valentin and Brook Lynn are going to be fighting over their baby soon enough.
Brook Lynn will no doubt regret it if she tries to keep this kid away from Valentin, so there’s the potential for quite a custody battle down the road.
All of that means Brook Lynn will need someone she can lean on during all her struggles – and it makes sense based on the story GH has told so far for it to be Chase who steps up again.

Although Willow has been growing closer to Chase again, her connection to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) remains a huge hurdle. Can Willow ever really escape the feelings she still has for her former husband?
Every time Willow and Michael are together, there are flying sparks and hints that their love might come back around. Perhaps in the months ahead, we’ll see Willow drift back in Michael’s direction as Chase devotes more of his time to Brook Lynn.
