General Hospital Spoilers: Friday, February 5 – Sonny Makes a Deal – Nina’s Wiley Attack on Carly - Chase’s Unexpected Visit

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, February 5, tease that Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) will meet up with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and see how she’s holding up after her recent daughter revelation. Nina was crushed after realizing dead Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) was her biological child, but she’s got a new perspective now.

Although Nina missed out on a chance to bond with Nelle, she doesn’t intend to make the same mistake with her grandson, Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson).

It looks like a very determined Nina will bring that up to Jax and leave him with concerns. “I’m scared of where you’re going with this,” Jax says in Friday’s preview clip.

Nina may argue that the Corinthos clan tried to keep Nelle away from her child, but that’s not going to happen with Grandma Nina! Jax may point out that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) would surely allow Nina to spend some time with Wiley.

Jax may argue that there’s no need for anything drastic and will rush to Carly’s defense in some way.

Jax may argue that Carly has always sided with Michael on doing whatever it took to keep Wiley safe. However, it’s clear that a war is brewing – and it’s bound to get nasty down the road! Jax will fear Nina’s attack on Carly and grow worried about a Wiley battle, too.

In the meantime, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will continue their conversation about Peter August (Wes Ramsey).

After Anna brought up the fact that Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) has been hearing Peter’s voice in Drew Cain’s (Billy Miller) memories, Valentin argued that Peter must’ve known Drew back in his military days.

“Obviously, he’s been lying to us,” Valentin snarls in Friday’s GH preview clip. Of course, Valentin already knows more than Anna when it comes to Peter’s shady dealings, but Peter still has some secrets left to uncover. That’s why Valentin will put Peter through an intense grilling session next week.

Until then, Peter will stop by the cemetery and get an earful from Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). Britt will want to know why Peter’s at their brother’s grave, but Peter may insist he wanted to remember Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) just like Britt did.

Nevertheless, Britt will probably think Peter’s guilt is playing a role in this visit. Now that Britt, Nina and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) have all made their family pact to protect each other, Britt will be keeping an even closer eye on Peter.

While Britt and Peter face off, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will prepare to move forward with the paternity test. Finn was able to get Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) water bottle from the trash, so he’s got the sample he needs and can test his own along with is.

Jackie Templeton (Kim Delaney) will wonder if Finn’s really thought this through and will do her best to talk him out of it.

It doesn’t look like Jackie will succeed since Finn just can’t rest until he knows the truth. This is eating Finn up inside, so he needs to know if Chase is his biological son or his brother.

As for Anna, she’ll wonder what someone isn’t telling her. That may involve Valentin withholding information or it could involve a tense conversation with Peter himself a little later.

Other General Hospital spoilers say Chase will head over to the Corinthos home, where Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will join Michael by the door. Michael will wonder if this is an official visit, so we’ll see if there’s indeed a police matter to discuss.

Regardless, Chase will take the opportunity to tell Willow just how much he misses her. Chase will tug at Willow’s heartstrings on Friday and keep fighting for the reunion he wants.

Carly will also question Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) new plan on Friday. Jason will roll his eyes when Carly asks if he really thinks it’s going to work, so Jason may push Carly to just trust him on this.

While Jason puts his plan in motion, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will agree to stay at Lenny Caulfield’s (Rif Hutton) bar. Sonny’s getting the bipolar help he needs, so he’ll be calmer and more willing to listen to Phyllis Caulfield’s (Joyce Guy) advice.

Even so, Sonny will have some conditions on his end of things as well.

General Hospital spoilers say Sonny will offer updates on those conditions and reach an agreement with Lenny as well as Phyllis. GH fans will also see Sonny ponder his past on Friday, but there won’t be much news on that front.

Sonny will still be in the dark on who he really is. Without any memories to guide him, Sonny will have a hard time making sense of his old life.

That’ll leave Sonny more drawn to his new one in the coming episodes – and it’ll definitely make it tougher for Sonny to find his way back to Carly. CDL will have other hot General Hospital spoilers, updates and news to check out, so make us your go-to source.
