There’s indeed some GH buzz about Alexis being home in time to spend the holidays with her family, so that’s great to hear. Alexis’ prison storyline is getting pretty stale, so it’s smart to wrap this up and finally let her walk free.
At this point, Alexis is simply sitting around waiting for people to come talk to her. She’s just serving as a sounding board and offering guidance that may or may not be listened to.
There isn’t much point to the slammer drama anymore, so Alexis needs some other story options.

After all, Alexis was all about accepting responsibility when she first landed in prison.
Even so, Harmony may contend that Alexis has done enough time and must put her family first. The Davis girls miss Alexis terribly, so they deserve a reunion with their mom.
