General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that mystery nurse (Avery Kristen Pohl) may take on a bigger role, so we have to wonder: Could she be Harmony Miller’s (Inga Cadranel) secret daughter? Will it be revealed that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) has a younger sister?
Avery Kristen Pohl made her August 16 debut simply as “Nurse” according to Pohl’s IMDb page, but insider buzz suggests she’ll eventually get a name and become a new troublemaker in the mix with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla), Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Cameron Webber (William Lipton).
Pohl follows Cadranel on Instagram, which suggests that they’ve shared scenes that have yet to air.
We’ve also heard Harmony talk about how she’s using her fresh start to hopefully get another opportunity with her daughter, but what if Willow wasn’t the daughter she was referring to?
It’d be interesting if Harmony had another daughter to shake things up, especially since Willow could use more family members on canvas.
We can’t help but notice that Pohl looks a bit like Chloe Lanier (ex-Nelle Benson), so she could take on a Nelle-ish type role and create drama for Willow as well as Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).
If Pohl is indeed going to stick around, it makes sense to give her character some connections to the canvas.
As we’ve seen with the Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) shooter storyline and the massive rewrite of characters forgetting what they already know, any story can be rewritten to suit a new plot.
In other words, it doesn’t matter what fans have heard about Harmony and her life in the cult.
Another daughter could certainly be invented and explained. Pohl has the right look to pass for Harmony’s child and Willow’s sister, so it’s at least an option to consider.
Regardless, it looks like Pohl’s character may be behind setting Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) car on fire after overhearing her recent conversation at GH.
This mystery nurse is definitely going to be woven into the Harmony and Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) story, so expect some shockers along the way!
