General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that there was a point to Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) recent bonding session. Dante and Maxie had a sweet conversation at Kelly’s on December 21, which brought some heartfelt promises.
Maxie could tell that Dante was still struggling to accept her relationship with Peter August (Wes Ramsey), so Dante insisted it was just hard seeing Maxie with someone besides Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) – let alone Nathan’s brother.
Dante acted like it was just going to take time for him to come around, but GH fans know that’s never going to happen.
Thanks to Dante’s programming, he can’t and won’t stop until he completes the mission – which means moving forward with Peter’s deadly takedown.
Nevertheless, Maxie remained oblivious and suggested she couldn’t stand to lose Dante as a friend. Dante swore that wouldn’t happen, but something tells us it might!
Maxie and Dante’s friendship could indeed take a major hit as Maxie struggles to come to grips down the road. Dante vowed to be there for Maxie and her children, including Baby Lou.
Unfortunately, it may be Dante who costs Maxie that child – though Peter’s really the one to blame for setting all this in motion.
There’s strong General Hospital buzz about Maxie’s baby not surviving after the double wedding goes horribly wrong. Dante will blow up this big event by taking aim at Peter, but it’s Maxie who may pay the steepest price.
Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) could end up in grave danger, but so could Maxie according to the latest GH hints.
General Hospital spoilers says there’s a good chance Maxie will take a bullet or at least face severe distress that sends her to the hospital.
Dante told Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) he wanted to protect all the children of Port Charles – and now he’s promising to protect Maxie’s kids in particular.
These are huge clues that Dante will actually put children at risk – specifically Maxie’s unborn child at the double nuptials.
Dante assured Maxie that she wouldn’t lose him as a friend, but that may not be his call to make. Maxie will be an emotional wreck after Peter’s transgressions are exposed.
Since Maxie has had so much faith in Peter for so long, she may refuse to believe any evidence that’s staring her in the face.
Maxie blamed Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) after Nathan’s death since her interview put deadly Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) in Nathan’s path. That was a stretch to say the least, so can you imagine Maxie’s fury if Dante’s the reason she loses her baby girl?
Maxie’s bound to hold Dante responsible – and Dante will certainly battle guilt on so many levels.
Can Maxie ever forgive Dante if he causes her to face another terrible loss and brutal grief? It’ll take some time, but Maxie and Dante’s friendship will hopefully get back on track after the blowup that’s brewing. As other GH news comes in, we’ll pass along updates.
