General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) may cut Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) out of Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos’ (Erik and Theo Olson) life forever. It seems likely that Michael will take swift action against Wiley’s grandma once he finds out she’s been hiding Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) in Nixon Falls.
If Nina had just come clean the day she found Sonny, she would’ve been viewed as a hero.
It’s safe to say reuniting Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) with her dead husband would’ve been enough to help Nina make up for her previous “real mom” blunder.
Instead, Nina let her vengeful side take over in that moment. It spiraled out of control as Nina ultimately fell for “Mike” aka Sonny and created this little fantasy world.
Now Nina has convinced herself that she was somehow right to keep Sonny away from his family, which includes Wiley.
It’s true that Sonny’s fresh start in Nixon Falls has kept him away from his old mob life, but that doesn’t excuse a secret of this magnitude.
Nina’s bound to pay the price for her deception once all this blows up back in Port Charles.
Nina can spend time with Wiley now thanks to Jasper “Jax” Jacks’ (Ingo Rademacher) blackmail, but perhaps not for much longer!
What’s Michael going to do once he learns Nina kept his father from him and kept Sonny from Wiley, too?
Michael may cut Nina out of Wiley’s life completely and plan to enforce this as a permanent ban. You can bet Michael will be furious, so GH spoilers suggest he’ll want Nina to suffer like he’s suffered on some level.
Not to mention Nina has shown poor judgment and become the kind of person Michael won’t want in his child’s life.
Nina seems poised to lose her grandson – her last link to Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) and one of the things that matters most to her.
It sounds like Nina had better get used to not having Wiley in her life for the foreseeable future, but she may hold out hope that she can fix this down the road.
For now, Nina will have to suffer the consequences – and they’re sure to be brutal!
