General Hospital Spoilers: Monday, October 25 – Carly Defends Nina's Arrest to Sonny – Michael’s Offer to Jax

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, October 25, tease that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will get Scott Baldwin’s (Kin Shriner) legal help while Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) defends Nina’s arrest to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will also make an offer to Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher), so let’s discuss what GH has in store.

Nina just got arrested for identity fraud right in front of Sonny, so the drama’s really heating up! Once Nina uses her one phone call, she’ll get some legal assistance from Scott.

“The quicker they cart you off, the better,” Scott says in Monday’s preview video – and a smiling Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) stands next to him.

It seems totally ridiculous to charge Nina with identity fraud, so Scott may think he can spin this into a lawsuit. Perhaps Scott will want things to get worse so he can use it against the Corinthos clan.

Nina didn’t steal Sonny’s identity or try to use his information for personal gain. Scott may not be the most competent lawyer in the world, but surely he can get Nina off the hook here.

Regardless, Ava will remind Nina that she can always use her secret romance with Sonny as leverage.

The trouble is that may not be a secret for much longer. It turns out Michael will go to Jax and suggest he has a few ideas if Jax is looking to make things right.

Jax previously held Michael and Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) forbidden romance over their heads – back when the two of them were LYING to Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) because they thought it was for his own good!

Is that so different from Nina lying to “Mike” aka Sonny because she thought he was better off?

Whatever the case, Michael may want to make things even tougher on Nina by getting her fired from Crimson.

Jax will make a confession to Michael, so he might admit he can’t do that – not unless Michael wants to blow up Carly and Sonny’s marriage.

Maybe Jax will warn Michael that if he targets Nina, she could strike back by revealing she had a secret romance with Sonny in Nixon Falls.

That news would certainly hurt Carly and make it harder for her to rebuild her relationship with Sonny, so Michael might have a tough decision to make.

In the meantime, Sonny will complain to Carly about this whole arrest situation. Carly, on the other hand, will think behind bars is where Nina belongs.

“If that’s not a crime, I don’t know what is!” Carly declares in Monday’s preview clip.

Perhaps Carly should be reminded of all her own crimes – like the lies she told the cops in the aftermath of Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier) death.

Over with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), she’ll open up about something that’s bothering her.

Maxie may think it’s best to try making peace with Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) now that he’s surrendered.

Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) may be reluctant since she really doesn’t like the guy, but Maxie thinks Austin has a good heart.

Besides, it’s not a good idea to let things fester since Austin could remember the truth about that night in the woods!

In Greece, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will admit she was worried Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) might die before she could tell him something.

Valentin will wonder what Anna needed to get off her chest, so will Anna profess her love?

Anna might end up chickening out in the end, but she could at least tell Valentin how much he means to her. She’ll also offer an apology since she’ll feel like she should’ve had Valentin’s back and kept him safe from Peter August (Wes Ramsey).

At the taverna, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will push Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to keep someone alive as they stoop down.

It looks like there may be a violent run-in that could help Jason and Britt score information that might lead to Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati).

As for Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs), she’ll make another mess that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) tries to clean up.

Sasha will humor Gladys and try to keep the peace at Deception, but it’ll be hard when Gladys constantly pushes so many buttons.

General Hospital spoilers say Gladys will create even more issues in the week ahead, so stay tuned.
