General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will have a lot on her mind in the coming episodes. GH fans know Nina blew her chance to bond with Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson) – at least for now.
Since Nina confused Wiley through all the “real mommy” drama, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) has decided to side with Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and force Nina to back off.
Although this is supposedly going to be a temporary thing, Nina may have her doubts about that. General Hospital spoilers say Nina will lean on Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) later this week, so they’ll reconnect over some of their regrets.
However, Nina will continue to deal with the fallout of her recent behavior during the week of March 15-19. Nina will express remorse over her actions, so it seems she may be hoping Michael will cool down and soften his stance.
Unfortunately, that’s probably not going to happen just yet – and that means Nina will need someone to turn to.
Nina will want to talk about her pain over losing her daughter, Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier), as well as the pain over being shut out of Wiley’s life for the time being. It looks like Nina will lean on someone besides Valentin this time around.
General Hospital spoilers say Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) will get a surprise visitor on March 19. Someone will apparently show up at Lenny Caulfield’s (Rif Hutton) bar on a mission to speak with Phyllis – and that someone will likely be Nina.
Since Nina doesn’t want to disturb Phyllis’ busy schedule on such short notice again, she’ll probably decide to take a trip to The Tan-O herself.
Of course, this presents the possibility that Nina will cross paths with “Mike” aka Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) while she’s there. Nina could easily do a double take once she spots “Mike” working behind the bar.
Phyllis might give Nina an introduction and leave her pretty unsettled since Sonny’s supposed to be dead.
Nina might ask a few questions and quickly determine that Sonny doesn’t remember her or anything else about his old life – with the exception of a blonde woman in his dreams.
It’ll be interesting to see how Nina uses the news of Sonny’s survival to her advantage. Whether Nina poses as Sonny’s true love or just keeps the secret from Carly, there are ways for her to inflict vengeful damage!
