General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) will escape Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), so GH fans will be eager to see what happens next! Let’s look at what we know so far and predict where this hot plot is headed from here.
Armed Anna just caught up with Peter and is prepared to show no mercy, but it doesn’t look like it’ll be that simple.
Peter surely isn’t going to let Anna hand him over to the authorities, but it seems far too easy for Anna to just shoot him dead.
Even if Anna ends up wounding Peter, it looks like he’ll make another getaway and disappear into the night.
Valentin will rush to Anna’s side as she’s facing off with Peter, but he doesn’t seem likely to take Peter out either.
Later this week, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will brace for the worst – seemingly still fearing that Peter’s out there somewhere and could be headed for Port Charles.
Maxie wouldn’t have any need to do that if Peter suffered a fatal gunshot and was gone forever. She’d be relieved – even ecstatic!
There’s more gas left in the tank when it comes to Peter’s return arc, so we should consider a few more clues.
General Hospital Spoilers for the week of September 27-October 1 don’t show any signs of “Bailey Quartermaine” aka Louise August’s (Harper and Scarlett Bloom) true identity being exposed.
The whole point of this baby scheme is to protect Louise from Peter, so you’d think Maxie would come clean immediately and reclaim her baby if she got the news of his death.
Since there’s no hint of that happening, it’s reasonable to think Peter will remain a wanted man – and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will continue to play the role of fake mom.
As for Anna, she’ll receive a disturbing phone call in the aftermath of her Peter showdown. That could be a “catch me if you can” type of call from Peter or perhaps one from his apparent ally.
It could be Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) who gets in touch and taunts Anna next.
Regardless, some new info will fall into Valentin and Anna’s lap that sends them off on another phase of the investigation.
Anna and Valentin will visit Nurse Chloe Jennings’ (Phoebe Kuhlman) American Embassy hospital room soon, so they’ll fit in with that drama as multiple stories collide.
