General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) may be ambushed at his meeting with Mrs. Wu (Lydia Look), which could force him to think fast after walking into a dangerous situation.
GH fans know Sonny has decided to visit Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) in prison after all. They say to keep your friends close and your enemies closer, so Sonny has seemingly realized it’s not a good idea to shut Cyrus out.
Cyrus is locked up tight, so there’s no harm in hearing what he has to say. The worst that can happen is Sonny won’t like the new information, but it’s better to gather all the intel he can.
Of course, even meeting with Cyrus can’t prepare Sonny for all the mob surprises that could be lurking around every corner.
During the week of November 8-12, Sonny will get ready to meet with Mrs. Wu. It looks like this meeting may happen at Mrs. Wu’s request, but it won’t be quite what it seems.

There’ll be more to this meeting than Sonny anticipated, so what exactly does that mean? It certainly makes it sound like Sonny will feel rather ambushed.
Sonny may expect this to be a one-on-one meeting with Mrs. Wu and realize she brought backup. Just because Mrs. Wu was loyal before doesn’t mean she will be now.
Mrs. Wu helped Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) by alerting them to the bomb threat ahead of their wedding.
Unfortunately, that doesn’t guarantee that Mrs. Wu will remain an ally – especially now that the Corinthos organization is going through yet another change in leadership.
It couldn’t be helped since Sonny had to come back from the “dead,” but that’s no doubt creating some unrest among the five families.
Even if Mrs. Wu remains on Sonny’s side, she could still be threatened and used as bait for this meeting.
We wouldn’t be surprised if Joey Novak (Patrick Zeller) held Mrs. Wu hostage since he’s so bold about going up against mob rivals.
Regardless, Sonny’s upcoming mob meeting will go awry, so there could be some danger involved here.
