General Hospital Spoilers: Thursday, June 10 – Finn’s Peter Murder Confession - Cyrus Cheerful, Carly Suspicious

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, June 10, tease that Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will plan to make a Peter August (Wes Ramsey) killer confession, so he’ll be ready to tell the cops. Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will have to stop Finn while Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) faces a paternity cure hurdle.

First on Thursday’s episode, Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will breathe a sigh of relief. With Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) injured and in police custody, Sasha and Brando will feel a sense of security.

Brando will smile over having time to figure a lot of things out with Sasha – and grinning Sasha will seem just as excited about that chance.

Now Sasha and Brando have an opportunity to build a relationship on their terms – all while protecting their baby.

Over with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), they’ll fret over Chase and the plan that went horribly wrong.

Finn felt confident he’d be able to save Chase using the cure he made using his own DNA swab and Jackie Templeton’s (Kim Delaney) swab.

Of course, Finn doesn’t know Cyrus made sure the paternity test results said what he wanted – and he was eager to cause pain for Jackie. Finn obviously isn’t Chase’s true father, so that title still belongs to Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison).

What Chase needs is a cure made with Gregory’s sample instead, but it may take some time before Finn can figure that out.

It looks like Willow will admit she nearly confessed before Finn burst in with his cure revelation.

Michael will also have to fill Willow in on Jasper “Jax” Jacks’ (Ingo Rademacher) blackmail scheme and the fact that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) has been offered a chance to be in her grandson’s life.

Michael may feel guilty for not including Willow in a decision that affected Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson), but Jax gave him no choice in the matter.

As for Finn, he’ll make sure Chase is stable and beat himself up for getting things wrong. Finn won’t be able to make sense of why the cure failed and may feel like this is the end of the road.

Liz will have to stop distraught Finn when he announces he’s going to turn himself in to the police. Finn may think he might as well accept responsibility for Peter’s death since Chase can’t be saved.

Nevertheless, Liz will likely push Finn to keep digging for answers and figure out a true cure that’ll work.

In Cyrus’ hospital room, he’ll seem to be in better spirits as someone visits. “I’m glad you don’t hold a grudge,” Cyrus says almost cheerfully in Thursday’s GH preview video.

It’s possible Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will saunter in and let Cyrus know she intends to keep her position as the chief of staff.

Then again, Cyrus might be reacting to Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) when she stops by to gloat.

Carly will think it sure is funny how things work out, but she’ll battle suspicions soon enough. If Cyrus makes some cryptic comments, Carly may worry he’s still got a few tricks up his sleeve.

As for Laura Collins (Genie Francis), she’ll tell Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) prevails – even in death. While Laura’s reflecting on Sonny’s passing, Sonny will remain alive and well in Nixon Falls.

However, Lenny Caulfield (Rif Hutton) will get updates on Nina heading back to Port Charles and suggest “Mike” should take a trip there, too.

“Get on the next flight and surprise Nina!” Lenny insists in Thursday’s preview video. Sonny will smile in response, but he may feel like he needs to give Nina some space for now.

Of course, Sonny could change his mind if Nina doesn’t return as promised. “Mike” initially wasn’t all that convinced Nina would come back to him, so doubts could creep back in down the road.

In the meantime, Sonny will step up to help Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) when she’s caught off guard by something. That could just mean “Mike” will support Phyllis as she deals with Nina’s departure, but there could also be some crisis that steals Sonny’s attention.

General Hospital spoilers say some Sonny shockers are still in store, so stay tuned. CDL will have other thrilling General Hospital spoilers, updates and news to read up on, so make us your hotspot.
