General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, September 2, tease that Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) will want Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) answers about Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) – and Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) will receive some crushing news. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will also need to figure out the next step in tracking down her missing mom, so here’s what you can expect.
For starters, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will break some bad news to Trina, who clearly won’t take it very well. After Ava admits she’s headed for Europe, Trina will get choked up. “I need you!”
Trina insists in Thursday’s GH episode. She’ll struggle to get a grip on her emotions, but Ava will still feel like she has to leave due to this stalker situation.
Later, Ava will demand to know if something’s gone through, so it sounds like she’ll hope the divorce is final.
Ava isn’t messing around since she fears for Avery Corinthos’ (Ava and Grace Scarola) safety, so she’ll remain determined to keep Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) at a distance for now.
As for Spencer Cassadine (Nichola Chavez), he’ll have a tense conversation with Nikolas and argue that Ava’s stalker isn’t the only threat out there.
Spencer will still be holding a grudge over the Wyndemere party nightmare – and a nearby Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) will be there to stir up more trouble as usual.
At Spring Ridge, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will deliver a warning. “Walk away.
That’s it,” Alexis declares in Thursday’s preview clip. Since we know Jax will seek advice about Nina, that may be Alexis’ stance on the matter.
Alexis might argue that it’s best to just let Nina go and leave the past in the past. Of course, that’s suddenly become harder to do since Jax got a huge clue about Sonny’s survival.
After Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) explained that the sauce from Nixon Falls tasted identical to Sonny’s, Jax thought back to when he saw a fuzzy Sonny in front of him after he was shot.
“If anyone knows, it’s Nina,” Jax says on the phone in Thursday’s preview clip. It sounds like Jax will soon expect answers from Nina regarding that familiar sauce and the Sonny sighting she previously lied to him about!
In the meantime, there’ll be more talk about the plane Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) was drugged on and ultimately thrown out of.
Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will sit down for a discussion, but they’ll struggle to tackle all the questions.
However, GH spoilers confirm everything is connected: this plane incident, Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) time in captivity, Hayden Barnes’ (Rebecca Budig) disappearance, Naomi Dreyfus’ (Gigi Bermingham) murder and more.
Scott will complain about getting scammed and will naturally fear for Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), who remains missing.
Britt will feel like she has to do whatever it takes to track Obrecht down, but that’ll be easier said than done without any real leads.
Nevertheless, someone else will become interested in Liesl’s whereabouts. It’ll leave Britt suspicious and could perhaps help her figure out her next step.
