General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, May 13, teases that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will prepare for a risky date night while eavesdropper Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) lands in trouble.
Vengeful Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) will also target Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and leave Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) fearing disaster.
At the Corinthos compound, Jax will continue to give Carly a verbal smackdown. As Carly glares back at her former flame, Jax will insist that Carly is now the target instead of collateral damage.
Of course, Jax will think that makes Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) a target as well, but Carly will feel confident she can keep their daughter safe.
While Jax and Carly argue about the risk Cyrus poses, Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) will battle some worries about Cyrus as well. Brando won’t want Gladys mixed up in Cyrus’ dangerous world. He’ll feel like the cost of doing business with Cyrus is far greater than any reward Gladys is getting.
Gladys is all about money and power, so she should downplay the peril and leave Brando frustrated. General Hospital spoilers say Gladys will also do some eavesdropping, so she’ll uncover a secret thanks to a private discussion she’s not meant to hear.
It looks like Gladys is about to land in even more trouble, but Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will hope she can get Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) out of his own jam.
Jason won’t want Sam to risk her freedom by getting tangled up in all this, but she won’t want to fight about it – especially since there’ll be no time to waste.
Sam will likely push Jason to take his fake passport and get out of the country as fast as possible. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) could be hot on their trail once he gets his tire fixed, so it’s crucial for Jason to head out quickly.
Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will be prepared to tag along, but Jason will think it’s time for this alliance to end. He won’t want Britt landing in any more peril or facing legal ramifications for helping him.
Britt also suspects she has Huntington’s disease, so Jason may be worried about her health as well.
Nevertheless, Britt will feel like Jason still needs a doctor on his side. She won’t let Jason push her out of this team effort, so Britt will indeed remain an ally. As for Sam, she’ll be forced to shift gears thanks to how things play out with Jason and Britt.
In the meantime, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will shock Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) by revealing that he now owns Pentonville. Nikolas will no doubt assure Alexis of her protection and hope this prison purchase will show Cyrus who’s boss.
At The Tan-O, Nina will promise “Mike” aka Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) that a simple date with Elijah Crowe (Dan White) won’t be a problem. This date isn’t the real deal, but Nina will feel confident that she can turn on the charm and perhaps learn a bit more about Elijah’s agenda.
Nina will just wonder if Sonny can really sit back and let her deal with Elijah on her own. She won’t think she needs Sonny’s help on this, but it looks like Sonny could make a mess of things before the week’s over. For now, this date will kick off and leave Nina in jeopardy as far as Sonny’s concerned.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will keep avoiding Brando as much as she can. Fans will also see Sasha have an important meeting with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), who’ll be given some sort of “out.”
Sasha might be pregnant based on the clues GH has offered, so she may feel like she has to give Lucy a chance to cut her loose as the “Face of Deception.” She might fear getting knocked up will just be another scandal on top of the drug-related one she’s already faced.
Lucy won’t seem ready to let Sasha go anytime soon, so hopefully Sasha will remain employed! We’ll provide updates as other news becomes available. It sounds like the excitement’s about to rev up in Port Charles.
CDL will have other thrilling GH spoilers, news and updates to read up on, so pop back in regularly.
