General Hospital Spoilers Update: Wednesday, April 7 – Britt & Maxie Trick Peter – Alexis’ Goodbye Wish – Valentin Baby Anxiety

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, April 7, teases that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will explain a difficult situation to Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West). Nikolas just warned Ava they were in trouble and mentioned that it had something to do with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).

On Wednesday, Nikolas will reveal how Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) threatened Alexis ahead of her prison sentence. Since Nikolas can’t stand by and watch Alexis get hurt, he’ll feel like he has no choice but to help Cyrus get his mother back.

Ava will also offer updates on the anatomical hand model that was sent to her with an eerie message.

Although Ava assumed it was from Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom), Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) had his doubts. Nikolas may have his doubts as well, and he might even suspect Cyrus like Laura Collins (Genie Francis) seemed to when Kevin filled her in.

Regardless, it’ll soon be time for Nikolas to reconvene with Cyrus for a crucial meeting – one that could be mutually beneficial if Nikolas handles this correctly. Cyrus will be open to seeing how they can help one another.

Not going after Alexis will naturally be part of the deal, but Cyrus might be willing to sweeten the pot.

If Nikolas brings up the deliveries Ava’s been receiving and questions Cyrus, perhaps Cyrus will argue that’s not really his style. When Cyrus wants to fire a warning shot, there’s never any doubt that he’s behind it.

However, Cyrus might insist he’s willing to help Nikolas figure out who’s to blame and shut this person down. Of course, if Nikolas isn’t careful, he could be sending Cyrus after his own son!

There’s a good chance Spencer Cassadine (last played by Nicholas Bechtel) is the one sending Ava unsettling gifts, so that’ll be bombshell for Nikolas down the road.

In the meantime, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will be admitted to the hospital as Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) kicks off phase one of their plot.

Peter August (Wes Ramsey) will be summoned over some pretend crisis, so he’ll view this as a sign that he’s winning Maxie over.

In reality, Britt will be laying the groundwork to keep Peter at a distance somehow, so we’ll see how well that trick works out. As for Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), her own plan will at risk of exposure.

Brook Lynn fell hard on her faux pregnancy padding, but Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) assumes their unborn child could be injured.

Despite Brook Lynn’s insistence that she’s fine, Valentin will load BLQ in the car and force her to get checked out. It’ll leave Valentin exasperated since Brook Lynn just won’t be taking their baby’s care seriously.

Valentin will vent to Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) as he battles anxiety over whether his kid will be all right.

What Valentin doesn’t realize is that this whole pregnancy is a scheme cooked up to secure ELQ control. Brook Lynn will be in a bind since she’ll have no choice but to face an exam.

Since Britt will likely be serving as Brook Lynn’s emergency OB-GYN, maybe BLQ will admit the truth to her.

Based on Wednesday’s preview video, it certainly looks like Brook Lynn will confess to someone.

General Hospital spoilers hint that Britt makes the most sense – and it could give Britt a brilliant idea! With Brook Lynn’s help, Maxie might be able to hide Peter’s baby right under his nose when the time comes.

As for Violet Finn (Jophielle Love), she’ll feel like something’s off as Grandpa Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) hold her in his arms.

Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will encounter Gregory at GH, so Violet will be her usual perceptive self and wonder what’s up with all the strange behavior.

At Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) house, she’ll have an announcement to make. Alexis’ prison sentence is set to begin soon, so she’ll need a family member or two to hold down the fort at home.

Alexis will encourage Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) to move in, so we’ll see how the sisters respond on Wednesday.

Molly may point out TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) would have to move in as well. Will Kristina want to live with the new domestic partners – and will they want Kristina living with them?

Alexis’ suggestion will launch a conversation about what’s best, so it’ll be interesting to see how they settle all this.

General Hospital spoilers say Alexis will kick off her time at Pentonville soon, so stay tuned for a major adjustment. CDL’s your top source for the latest General Hospital spoilers, updates and news, so drop by frequently.
