General Hospital Spoilers: Wednesday, October 27 Recap – Nikolas Offers Alexis Pardon – Michael Pops the Question

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Wednesday, October 27, reveals that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) essentially offered Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) a pardon to stop all the Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) digging. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) also popped the question to a stunned Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), so here’s how all the GH drama played out.

Outside Kelly’s, the mystery man aka “Marshall” (Robert Gossett) bumped into Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), who noticed his map and assumed he wasn’t from around there.

“Marshall” said he was in town visiting family and managed to work The Savoy into the conversation. He subtly pumped Portia for info about the owner before she got uncomfortable and left.

At the boxing gym, TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) couldn’t get his mind off the patient who bolted from the hospital. TJ worried he scared the guy off and talked about how oddly personal their conversation was.

Later, Portia showed up and faced TJ’s questions about the patient. She found out the guy was quite interested in Curtis and pushed for a description since she just had a similar encounter.

At Kelly’s, Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) reunited with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), who offered a hug and learned Molly knew all about his case from working at the DA’s office.

Molly admitted she recused herself and sat down with Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore), which led to her suggestion that he find a way to use his passion for social justice issues.

When TJ met up with Molly afterward, “Marshall” spied on them through the window.

Meanwhile, Alexis turned down Nikolas’ hug at Spring Ridge. She wanted to cut to the chase and pushed Nikolas to admit whether he’d ordered the hit on Hayden.

Back with Spencer, he greeted Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) as she prepared to study with Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla).

Since Trina wasn’t there yet, Spencer pushed Joss to meet with Trina somewhere else since he didn’t want her to see him working as a server.

Josslyn relented, but she didn’t think it was that big of a deal and thought the easiest solution was to make things right with Nikolas.

Nikolas danced around the question, so Alexis pointed out he still wasn’t denying it.

Since Alexis wouldn’t let this go, Nikolas pointed out that he’d worked some connections to arrange her release. He suggested a pardon was in the works for Alexis, but that wouldn’t happen if she pursued this investigation with Shawn.

Nikolas pointed out that no one would be quick to do him any favors if he was under suspicion for ordering this deadly hit. Alexis called this extortion, but Nikolas replied that everyone had a price and wondered what hers was.

Over with Willow, she called Michael out for taking legal action against Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) without telling her first.

Willow felt they’d had a breakdown in communication and wished Michael had been completely honest with her before Nina’s arrest.

Willow didn’t want to be protected or left in the dark on important things like this. Michael understood and wanted to share every part of his life with Willow, so he vowed to prove it starting now.

Willow was shocked as Michael got down on one knee and asked her to marry him.

At the Metro Court, Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) was impressed since Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) already got Nina out on bail. All Nina had to do was hand over her passport and she was headed back to Port Charles.

Ava admitted she was tempted to turn down Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) offer for Charlie’s Pub since he did nothing to help Nina, but Nina pushed her to move forward with the sale.

Afterward, Ava showed up in the Corinthos kitchen with legal paperwork for Charlie’s.

Ava surprised Carly by mentioning a bidding war, but Sonny acted like things had been too crazy for him to bring Carly up to speed.

Ava taunted Sonny a bit by suggesting she knew he shared EVERYTHING with Carly. Once Sonny was alone, he received a collect call from Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) in prison.

Back at the Metro Court, Nina talked to Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) about how he had to stop trying to save her. She thought she was a lost cause at this point.

Jax assured Nina that he wouldn’t say anything to Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) about her Nixon Falls romance with Sonny. Just as Jax was leaving, Carly appeared and glared at Nina.

General Hospital spoilers say Nina and Carly’s feud is far from over, so stay tuned.
