General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, September 1, tease that Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) will have a surprising rescue – and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will panic over missing Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati). Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will also recruit Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) for help with something important, so here’s what viewers can expect.
First, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will be surprised by a suggestion Brando makes. “I didn’t realize you were ready for that stuff,” Sasha admits in Wednesday’s preview video.
Brando may suggest something related to the baby and their future together that further proves he’s all in.
Meanwhile, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) will do some manipulating and could get herself caught up in some mob drama as a result.
As their camping trip continues, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will make a stunning discovery. While taking in the meteor shower, Liz will notice something else and ask Finn if that’s what she thinks it is.
Since Scott was just chucked from the hijacked plane, there’s a good chance he’ll land in the same body of water Liz and Finn wound up in.
GH spoilers say Scott will be found by some faces that are familiar to him, so Finn and Liz should be in for a shock!
At Jasper “Jax” Jacks’ (Ingo Rademacher) place, he’ll come home to the dinner Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) has prepared with Trina Robinson’s (Sydney Mikayla) help.
Jax will wonder what this is all about, but Joss will insist she just wants to show her dad how much she loves him.
Trina offered Josslyn the rest of “Mike” aka Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) special sauce – a sauce that would change Josslyn’s life according to Trina! Once Joss finally tastes it along with Jax, she should be hit with the memory of tasting Sonny’s equally tasty marinara.
While Josslyn gets a blast from the past, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) will lay down the law with Mr. Buscema (Bart Tangredi).
“Are you in or out?” Cyrus demands to know in Wednesday’s preview clip. It’s clear that some major attack is brewing, so Cyrus needs to be sure they have an understanding.
As for Britt, she’ll admit she can’t help but wonder what Carly and Jason are trying to prove. Jason may not have much to say, but this rushed grand wedding will still be happening.
It’s more important than ever to present a united front and prove Carly isn’t a liability.
Carly will wonder if she should be worried as the danger escalates, but Jason may once again assure her that they have solid security and that the wedding will be protected.
Even so, there’ll be some issue that Carly needs assistance on before the nuptials, so she’ll seek help from Brando and hope for the best.
In Nixon Falls, Sonny and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will deepen their connection over the romantic dinner Sonny’s arranged.
Things will take a passionate turn, but Nina will pull back once again and insist she can’t do this. Can “Mike” convince Nina to let go and live in the steamy moment with him?
Finally, Britt will get some unsettling updates regarding missing Liesl.
After Scott is found and spills how Obrecht is still on the plane, Britt should be terrified over what’s happened to her mother.
