The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that one part of Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) cover-up could prove particularly problematic. B&B fans know Bill’s expressed total confidence in his ability to take care of this for Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton).
Liam fears the truth will come out, but Bill feels like he’s destroyed any evidence that could lead the cops back to them.
However, that’s not true since the car involved in the hit-and-run still exists and could certainly be traced. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan White) is set to pay Bill a visit soon.
Baker will barge in on a private moment between Bill and Katie Logan (Heather Tom), so Bill certainly won’t be pleased over the interruption.
Of course, the bigger problem will be what Baker wants to talk about – and there’s a good chance it’s the investigation of Vinny Walker’s (Joe LoCicero) death!
Deputy Chief Baker will want to do his job well and explore all options. That means looking at Bill’s motives as a guy who tends to be pretty vengeful.
There’s no denying that Bill would have a good reason to hate Vinny for messing up his son’s marriage. B&B fans can expect Baker to put some pressure on Bill and leave him sweating it out.
What happens if Baker asks to see Bill’s car – just to see if there are any signs of the hit-and-run aftermath?
Bill may have to admit that he sold that vehicle to Sheik Abdul in the Middle East. There’ll be a record of the sale – along with the fact that Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears) rushed this process along the morning Vinny was found dead on the side of the road.
Deputy Baker may end up wanting answers about why Bill was in such a hurry to get rid of a previously beloved car. Justin doesn’t know there’s a cover-up involved here, so he may answer questions honestly if Baker grills him.
That could lead to an admission about a gardener backing into the car and denting it – leading Bill to unload it on the sheik ASAP. All of this could raise red flags considering the timing of the hit-and-run. It probably would’ve been better for Bill to just quietly have the car fixed.
If Bill had left the vehicle looking like new in the garage, perhaps there wouldn’t have been any issues. Instead, Bill got rid of a damaged car hastily the morning after Vinny was killed. If that’s not suspicious, we don’t know what is!
