The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Eric Forrester (John McCook) will eventually find out Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) also loves Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and will face a new decision about his marriage fate.
B&B fans know Eric tore up the divorce papers and insisted he wanted Quinn back. He owned up to his role in their marriage falling apart since he pushed Quinn right into Carter’s arms.
However, Eric was finally ready to come clean about his erectile dysfunction and the struggles he’s been dealing with.
Although Quinn promised they’d tackle this as a team, Eric will soon worry there’s a third key player he hasn’t truly considered.
When Eric reunited with Quinn, he was under the impression that her fling with Carter was in the past. Eric had no idea Carter and Quinn were growing much closer through a secret romance right under his nose.
Quinn and Carter even exchanged love confessions, so things got pretty serious toward the end.
If Eric hadn’t announced that he wanted Quinn back, she would’ve stayed with Carter and had a public future with him.
Eric may begin to realize all that once he eavesdrops on Quinn and Shauna Fulton’s (Denise Richards) conversation during the week of September 6-10.
No matter how much Eric overhears, it’ll be enough to give him a new perspective when it comes to his wife.
Later, Quinn will get caught in an intimate-looking moment with Carter. They’ll be engrossed in a deep conversation when Eric shows up to witness it. Eric may put all the clues together and determine that Quinn must be in love with Carter.
That doesn’t negate Quinn’s love for Eric, but it does complicate things – particularly since Eric feels like he can’t be the man Quinn needs.
That could affect Eric’s point of view as well and leave him wondering if he should set Quinn free.
Eric may focus less on his anger this time and more on what he feels is best for Quinn, but we’ll just have to see how it goes! As other B&B news rolls in, we’ll offer more updates.
