The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Friday, April 16, tease that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will fear the jig is up. B&B fans know Liam arrived at Forrester Creations just as Deputy Chief Baker (Dan White) was about to exit.
Liam made sure to duck out of sight and waited until the coast was clear to approach the office door.
However, a voice told Liam to hold it right there and caused him to lift his hands in a panicked surrender. Liam will worry Baker came back to arrest him, but it’s just Charlie Webber (Dick Christie) – who’s either taking his head of security duties very seriously or just messing with Liam a bit.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers had been hinting at a discovery for Charlie, but it seems that discovery is simply Liam! Charlie may rant about Liam not signing in at the desk or something along those lines.
Liam will be relieved to know he’s not being thrown in jail, but he’ll no doubt get grilled by Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) soon enough. Hope summoned Liam to talk, but she may wonder why in the world Charlie’s got Liam so jumpy.
Since Liam already seemed overly distraught about Vinny Walker’s (Joe LoCicero) death and missed their recent lunch date, Hope will inevitably push Liam to spill what’s really going on.
This will be Liam’s first real test as he tries to adjust to his new reality. Liam will do his best to hide the truth about the hit-and-run from Hope, but it certainly won’t be easy.
In the meantime, Eric Forrester (John McCook) will confide in Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). B&B viewers have picked up on the strained, distant vibe between Eric and Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer), so Eric will share more about his perspective.
Although Eric has done his best to forgive Quinn for her latest blunders, he can’t pretend like everything just went back to normal. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Eric will confess that things just haven’t been the same since he reunited with Quinn.
Eric feels disconnected from his wife and can’t trust her anymore, so Ridge will lend a sympathetic ear. There have definitely been some issues between Eric and Ridge, but Ridge knows how much Eric’s marriage means to him.
If there’s a way back for Eric and Quinn, Ridge may hope they can find it. If not, Ridge will be there as a supportive son just the same. We’ll pass along updates as other B&B news rolls in.
