The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) and Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) war may be on the verge of reigniting. John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) seems poised to land in the middle of this revived feud, so let’s talk about what’s coming up.
Steffy wasn’t pleased to learn that Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) had been released from prison and now claimed to be reformed. She doesn’t think Hope should buy it and is counting on Liam to convince his wife to shut Deacon out.
From where Steffy’s standing, this is just like the mess she faced with Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown).
Steffy warned Finn to have no contact with his birth mother and assumes she got through to him. However, Finn’s keeping a big secret since Sheila sent more texts in hopes of reconnecting.
B&B spoilers say Steffy’s going to find out about those messages sooner or later – and she’ll find out that Hope knew about them!
It won’t go over well when Steffy realizes Finn and Hope have been keeping something under wraps that could affect their blended family.
Steffy could also have a problem with Hope going against Liam’s wishes when it comes to Deacon.
Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Collette Gray) spends time with her daddy at the cabin, so Steffy may insist her daughter’s at risk. The same goes for Steffy’s nephew, Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri).
Hope may feel like Steffy’s overreacting, but this is certainly something that could contribute to a reignited rivalry between them.
Since Hope and Finn are bound to bond over their similar situations, that should be another factor in stirring up more conflict.
Hope already understands Finn’s draw to Sheila and doesn’t judge him for it.
Finn surely won’t judge Hope for the pull she feels toward Deacon either, so it’ll seem like some little secret criminal parent club to Steffy.
If Steffy starts to fear Finn and Hope are getting too close for comfort, that could really push her over the edge.
It was bad enough when Steffy and Hope fought over Liam, so Steffy won’t want to go down that road again with Finn in the middle of a love triangle.
Regardless, Finn should feel stuck at the center of all the hostility that’s seemingly brewing.
