The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that fans may get a chance to meet John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) biological father – that is if he’s still alive and well! Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) should eventually tell her curious son about his bio dad, so let’s consider how this might play out.
It’s possible Sheila had a fling with some forgotten guy – perhaps even a drunken one that’d leave Sheila hazy on the details.
The show could create a new mystery and allow Finn’s dad to walk into the picture at some point down the road. After all, we’ve got enough drama going on through the birth mother angle right now.
However, they could also rewrite history a bit and perhaps make it so Sheila’s stillborn baby with Scott Grainger (Peter Barton) actually survived.
Scott is deceased now, but he was a doctor like Finn and might be a good bio dad candidate.
Sheila’s other main love interests that we know of were Eric Forrester (John McCook) and James Warwick (Ian Buchanan). Of course, it seems too weird for Eric to be Finn’s bio dad.
Finn and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) wouldn’t be related by blood since Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) isn’t Eric’s biological son, but it’s probably still something B&B would want to avoid.
James Warwick could indeed be an option, but the show could also pick another man who isn’t known for having a history with Sheila.
They made up a hot night between Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) and Storm Logan (William deVry) to explain Flo Logan’s (Katrina Bowden) existence, so they could make up a hot night between Sheila and some handsome face of the past, too.
Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) can’t be ruled out in that case.
There’s even a chance Sheila stole someone’s sperm since this is a crazy soap we’re talking about. Anything goes!
We should also point out that Jack Finnegan (Ted King) is keeping secrets and knows Sheila is on the hunt for Finn.
What if Finn’s adoptive dad is actually Finn’s bio dad? If Jack had an affair with Sheila that he wanted to keep under wraps, he might’ve gone to extremes.
We know Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) decided she wanted to be a mother later in life, so Jack might’ve taken his own child in and let Li think it was just a traditional adoption.
Jack might’ve kept Finn away from unstable Sheila – only now she’s insisting on being in her son’s life.
If Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) can jump in front of a car to sacrifice himself for Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) romance, nothing is too wild for B&B!
The possibilities are endless when it comes to Finn’s bio dad, so it’ll be interesting to see what the show goes with.
