The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Monday, December 13, tease that Katie Logan (Heather Tom) and Brooke Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) past will affect the future while Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) feel a familiar magnetic pull.
First, Brooke will bring Katie up to speed on all the Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) drama and the toll it’s taking on her marriage.
Although Brooke assured Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) that everything would be fine, she might be more honest about her fears once she’s with Katie.
Brooke will hate being at odds with Ridge, but she won’t know what else to do since Hope is determined to have Deacon in her life.
Of course, Brooke won’t blame Hope under the circumstances. She knows Hope has a hole in her heart that perhaps only her father can fill.
Katie and Brooke will reflect on their own father, Stephen Logan (Patrick Duffy), so they’ll see some similarities in that situation and the one Hope’s facing.
Stephen abandoned his family before eventually coming back in the picture and earning forgiveness.
Although Stephen made his fair share of mistakes along the way, Brooke and Katie will be able to relate to Hope’s desire to bond with Deacon.
They’ll want Hope to proceed with caution, but they may also agree they’re rooting for Deacon to live up to Hope’s faith in him.
At the cliff house, B&B spoilers say Ridge will spend some time reconnecting with his former flame.
Ridge was surprised to see Taylor when he entered looking for Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), but he’ll happily catch up with his ex-wife despite the awkwardness between them.
Things will be uncomfortable in some ways since Taylor never got over Ridge, but they’ll also feel their familiar magnetic pull.
There’s something about Taylor that Ridge will always feel drawn to, so it won’t matter that they’ve been apart all this time.
Ridge and Taylor will still feel a spark that could turn into a roaring flame again down the road.
