The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Monday, July 5, tease that Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears) will lie that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) left town, but Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) will decide she’s not buying it. Meanwhile, Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) will beg a livid Eric Forrester (John McCook) for forgiveness following the vow renewal blowup of the century!
First, Thomas will remain locked up in that dingy Spencer Publications basement. He’s stuck in a cage and desperate to get out – not just for his own sake but for Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton).
Thomas knows Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) took his own life and framed Liam for his murder, but he can’t do anything about it as long as Justin’s holding him hostage.
However, Hope will start to worry since it’s not like Thomas to go MIA for this long. She’ll end up being fed a lie she finds completely unbelievable, so let’s talk about the story Justin will try to sell.
Justin will act like Thomas left Los Angeles, so Hope won’t think he’d do that without telling her – especially not when they co-parent Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) together.
B&B fans can expect Hope’s suspicions to grow while miserable Thomas suffers.
Thomas will hold out hope for a hero, and that hero will be Hope later in the week! In the meantime, Quinn will be forced to admit the truth to her husband.
Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) practically forced Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) to confess his affair with Quinn, so Quinn will come clean on Monday and plead for another chance.
Quinn will argue that she was just feeling lonely and vulnerable when Eric was shutting her out.
Quinn will insist she never would’ve slept with Carter if she hadn’t been in such a dark place. Quinn needed to feel a sense of connection again, so she inadvertently found it with Carter.
Of course, Quinn will assure Eric that it’s over and that she only wants him. Quinn’s excuses won’t be good enough for Eric, who’ll fume over Quinn cheating on him and setting up this sham of a vow renewal.
Quinn will sob and beg for forgiveness, but there’s nothing she could say to fix this right now. Eric may end up dumping Quinn on the spot, so Brooke should be satisfied with her handiwork!
