The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will be touched by John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) loyalty and support. Finn has made it clear that he’s willing to go on this romantic ride with Steffy.
No matter what the paternity test results say, Finn wants to get through this together and ultimately focus on their future.
Of course, B&B’s basically turning Finn into a dreamy, perfect man by taking this route. Finn is committed to Steffy and loves her deeply. Why on earth would anyone choose waffling Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) over Finn?
There’s always going to be more heartbreak when it comes to Liam and his love interest, who happens to be Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) at the moment.
However, Steffy has a chance to build something solid that truly lasts with Finn. Since Finn is committed, a marriage proposal seems to be brewing. We’re hearing that Finn has a lovely moment coming up where he’ll indeed pop the question to Steffy.
It’s the next logical step after the paternity results come in, especially since those results will likely show Finn isn’t the father. Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) could easily mess with the outcome to make Liam look like the “baby daddy” and give Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) his best shot at a future with Hope.
In that case, it’s only going to make Finn more motivated to show Steffy how much he still wants her. Proposing is the ideal way to do that, but what will Steffy do in response? Accepting Finn’s marriage proposal would be a nice start, but that doesn’t seem like enough under the circumstances.
Steffy really needs to give Finn the ultimate wedding gift and take the “Steam” portrait in her living room down. It’d be a great sign that Steffy has truly put Liam behind her and is ready to move forward with Finn.
Many Bold and the Beautiful fans would love to see Steffy symbolically close the door on her chapter with Liam – and it could start with removing that picture.
