The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Thursday, July 29, tease that Quinn Fuller’s (Rena Sofer) surprise visit will enrage Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) – and Eric Forrester (John McCook) will be shocked by his wife’s new attitude.
Of course, Quinn will soon be Eric’s ex-wife instead, so that’ll be the reason she seeks him out unexpectedly.
Eric wants to move this divorce along as soon as possible, so Quinn won’t want to stand in the way of that.
Quinn will acknowledge that she hurt Eric and won’t want this split to cause more pain – at least not any more pain than necessary.
Eric may anticipate lots of tears and desperate pleas for forgiveness. He’ll probably feel like Quinn’s going to grovel as usual and try to win him back.
Eric may argue that there’s no chance of them getting back together and warn Quinn not to even try begging this time around.
However, B&B spoilers say Quinn has no intention of fighting for her marriage. This attitude adjustment will really catch Eric off guard, so he’ll no doubt wonder why it’s happening.
Eric may even suspect this is some sort of manipulative strategy since that’s how Quinn used to operate.
Quinn obviously can’t reveal that she’s still involved with Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor), who’s helping her see her self-worth and guiding her down a positive path.
It’s clear that Quinn has found a powerful new bond that makes her feel better about herself.
Quinn doesn’t have to cling to her past with Eric or crawl on her hands and knees for him anymore.
Quinn’s made peace with her marriage ending and may assure Eric she’s not looking for some massive settlement.
That part should be hard for Brooke to believe since she always thinks the worst of Quinn.
The fact that Quinn’s visiting Eric at all will leave Brooke seething. Brooke may argue that the lawyers should do the talking, especially since Quinn was banned from the Forrester Creations building.
Nevertheless, Eric will let Quinn say what she has to say – and he’ll have a lot to process once she seems like a brand-new woman.
Over with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), they’ll do some wedding prep as they gear up for their looming nuptials.
This is a blissful time for the couple, but there’s still an important topic to address.
Finn seems uncomfortable every time his parents are mentioned – and there’s indeed something he hasn’t told Steffy yet. It seems to be a situation where it never came up before and now it’s become awkward to spill.
At some point over the next couple episodes, Finn will tell Steffy he’s adopted and get a surprised reaction. As other B&B news pops up, we’ll provide updates.
