The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Friday, February 26, teases that Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) will make a heartfelt plea for Flo Fulton’s (Katrina Bowden) sake. B&B fans know Flo’s been beating herself up over the illegal adoption scandal and her role in it.
Flo played a crucial role in hiding the truth about Beth Spencer (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez), though she’s deeply remorseful now.
Since Katie Logan (Heather Tom) got a kidney donation from Flo and also happens to be Wyatt’s ex, he’s counting Katie to come through for him. On Friday, Wyatt will explain how much it would mean to Flo if she could feel like a genuine part of the Logan family.
Wyatt will praise Flo’s best qualities and insist she’s longing for a feeling of acceptance – one that Katie and her sisters can provide.
Wyatt should bring Flo’s deceased father into the conversation as well and try to tug at Katie’s heartstrings. Although Flo will never be able to know Storm Logan (William deVry), Wyatt will hope she can get to know all the Logan women and finally form some strong family bonds.
Katie’s a good person and certainly appreciates the kidney Flo gave her, so she’ll agree to grant Wyatt’s request. Wyatt will want Katie to talk to Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) about making Flo feel like a true Logan family member, so Katie can do that.
What Katie can’t do is make promises without seeing how Donna and Brooke feel first. Katie won’t want Wyatt to get his hopes up since all the Beth drama definitely caused some bad blood.
However, Wyatt will be grateful that Katie’s willing to try. He’ll keep his fingers crossed about Katie getting through to Donna and Brooke soon enough.
Katie will eventually get her sisters on board, so look for Flo to get the gift of family in the week ahead. In the meantime, let’s talk about a different family – a complex blended one.
Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) believes she’s having Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) baby based on the paternity test results, so she’s trying to accept that and move forward.
Of course, John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) is the man Steffy wants to move forward with, not Liam. Steffy’s all in on Finn when it comes to their romance, but there’s no getting around this baby issue at this point in the story.
Liam will make it clear that he’d like to be involved in Steffy’s pregnancy and support her as the father of this child. That’s not going to work for Finn, who’ll view it as another way for Liam to manipulate Steffy’s emotions and time.
Finn will feel like he’s got it covered when it comes to a pregnancy support partner. Although Finn won’t stand in the way of Liam being a dad, the baby isn’t born yet. It seems Finn just won’t think Liam is necessary to this process until the baby actually arrives.
Liam and Finn will end up vying for Steffy’s favor on Friday, so she’ll get stuck in their showdown and may have to find a way to settle this for them.
While Steffy plays peacemaker, Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will once again demand the truth from Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero).
Will Vinny finally come clean about tampering with the paternity test results? Will Vinny confess that he “helped” Thomas by making Liam seem like the father?
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Thomas won’t rest until he gets a firm answer, so Vinny will likely make an admission sooner or later.
Thomas will have to determine if he’s going to tell Steffy and Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) what he knows or take Vinny’s advice and use this opportunity to pursue Hope. We’ll bring you updates as other B&B news emerges.
