The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Wednesday, April 28, teases that Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) will be glad Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) has realized the importance of family. Hope just filled her mom in on her decision to head down the road of forgiveness.
Although Hope suspects something more is going on with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), that doesn’t matter as much as getting her life with Liam and the kids back on track.
Hope mentioned that she’d asked Liam to come home as well, so Brooke will hope this can be a fresh start. She’ll be rooting for Liam and Hope to truly put all the one-night stand drama behind them.
Of course, Brooke and Hope don’t realize it’s a different night that’s troubling Liam now – the night Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) was killed. Liam will continue to keep his role in Vinny’s demise under wraps, but Brooke will still have some worries when it comes to her daughter’s marriage.
Hope recognizes the work Thomas has put in when it comes to turning his life around. She thinks Thomas is a fantastic father and an amazing friend, too. Thomas has been Hope’s confidant more than ever lately, so their bond has definitely been growing.
That may be part of why Brooke will worry on Wednesday’s episode of The Bold and the Beautiful. Now that Hope’s back together with Liam, Brooke might fear Thomas won’t react well.
This reunion could mean less bonding time and be viewed as a setback in the progress Thomas was making – at least that’s how Brooke might see it.
Naturally, Hope will feel like Thomas knows there are certain lines that can’t be crossed. She may think they’ve reached a place of genuine friendship and understanding, but Brooke will remain wary.
There’s pretty much nothing Thomas could ever do to win Brooke’s trust, so she’ll still be apprehensive in Wednesday’s B&B show.
Hope might argue that Thomas is preoccupied with Vinny’s death and finding the killer anyway, but that could trouble Brooke as well. In Brooke’s mind, she might think Thomas will just add that to his list of obsessions!
Whatever the case, Brooke will express her fears on Wednesday and force Hope to rush to Thomas’ defense.
In Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) office, Liam will assure Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) that he didn’t murder Vinny. Liam won’t be telling the whole story, but he can honestly say he didn’t mow Vinny down with the intention of killing him.
It was just an accident, but Liam obviously can’t reveal that part either – not if he wants to keep the hit-and-run and Bill’s cover-up under wraps.
Bill will meddle in Baker’s investigation by guiding Liam to deliver the answers he wants. Baker’s bound to get frustrated, but Bill will eventually kick the deputy chief out and remind Liam of how much he has to lose.
Liam will do whatever he can to shove his guilt down and accept that to keep his family, lying is the only option.
