The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Wednesday, August 11, teases that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) and Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) will show signs of an unbreakable bond, but livid Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will stand against her husband.
As the wedding reception chaos continues at the Forrester mansion, Steffy will grow increasingly angry with Sheila.
Sheila is pretty much the last person Steffy expected to show up on this special day – and she certainly never expected this birth mom bomb.
Nevertheless, Sheila is Finn’s mother, and there’s just no getting around that if her claims are legit.
Finn and Steffy will have to face the facts, which means accepting that his bio mom is a fierce enemy of the Forrester clan.
Steffy and Finn were expecting a wonderful honeymoon period since they’d been coasting along so nicely, but now there’ll be major drama to contend with.
After Steffy blows her top over Sheila’s connection to Finn and her twisted history, Finn will struggle with whether to trust his head or his heart.
Finn will get that the Forresters have solid reasons to hate Sheila and terrible tales behind those reasons.
Even so, Finn won’t feel right about casting his mother aside like she’s nothing. Sheila made a powerful speech when she first met Finn – one he won’t soon forget.
Sheila tugged at Finn’s heartstrings, but Steffy will feel like her husband is being taken for a dangerous ride.
Finn and Steffy will argue over the best way to handle all this, but they won’t have much luck resolving the matter anytime soon.
At the office, Katie Logan (Heather Tom) and Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) will continue to discuss Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) exes – including Sheila as well as Donna.
B&B spoilers state that Donna will decide to confide in Katie on Tuesday’s episode. Donna will spill something to her sister – some confession that could perhaps affect her future.
Maybe Donna will admit she intends to do something about her strong desire to reunite with her “Honey Bear.”
Donna has no doubt thought about what it’d be like to make her move now that Eric’s getting a divorce from Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer).
Perhaps Donna will confess that when the time is right, she’d like to pour her heart out and convince Eric to give their romance another shot. Katie would love to see Donna and Eric have another opportunity at happiness together.
Katie might point out that Eric’s still feeling wounded from his split from Quinn and warn Donna to be careful, but she’ll surely be supportive of any reunion plan.
Alas, this could be a case of “you snooze, you lose” – at least initially. It looks like Donna’s going to delay her efforts too long and sabotage her own chances with Eric as a result!
