The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for the week of May 24-28 teases that Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) will face an awkward nightmare while Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) orders Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) next step.
At Forrester Creations, Quinn and Carter will try to move on with their lives after the steamy moments they shared. It won’t be easy to just put their passionate connection in the rearview mirror since they’ll be haunted by memories of their betrayal.
Quinn has another chance to repair her marriage to Eric Forrester (John McCook) – and Carter has agreed to try again with Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes), too.
The stakes have been raised, so Carter and Quinn will definitely feel the pressure as they try to interact at the office.
It’ll be tough to act normal since Carter and Quinn won’t even be sure what that’s supposed to look like anymore. Trying to be the typical coworkers will result in plenty of uncomfortable scenes for anxious Quinn and Carter.
As for Zoe, she’ll back Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) into a corner with more questions about her Carter hookup.
It seems the idea of Shauna and Carter falling into bed together still won’t make much sense to Zoe, so she’ll demand more answers and rip into Shauna for making Carter her prey.
Shauna will have to navigate this as best as she can considering she didn’t actually sleep with Carter. B&B viewers know Shauna is covering for Quinn, but that task could get harder as other tight spots start happening.
Carter will land in a tight spot of his own as Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) puts him through an interrogation. Ridge will have trouble connecting the Shauna and Carter dots as well, so he’ll make Carter nervous with all his questions.
Meanwhile, Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) will zero in on a potential cause for Bill’s explosive actions lately. Wyatt may sense that there’s a reason the mere mention of the name Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) can bring an outburst.
We may see Wyatt suspect Bill had something do to with Vinny’s grim fate!
Once Liam wraps up his full confession to Hope, she’ll have a livid meltdown over her father-in-law’s awful choices. Bill will face Hope’s wrath and then deliver a difficult order.
Bill will have something he needs Liam and Hope to do for him, but it won’t be a request as far as Bill’s concerned.
Nevertheless, Hope and Liam will have to make their own decisions about how to handle this. They’ll feel like their marriage and life together has become uncertain, but that won’t change the love they share.
In a poignant and powerful moment, Liam and Hope will express how much they adore each other – no matter where things go from here.
Bill may push Hope to join Liam burying this secret – or let him handle things with the cops if nothing else. Even so, Liam will surely consider coming forward with the real story.
There should be an inner battle for Liam – and Hope will worry her husband might land in the slammer indefinitely if he confesses to the police and later gets convicted.
