The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Wednesday, September 1, tease that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will refuse to make her marriage to John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) legal – and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) will make a tough confession to Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer).
For starters, Finn will hope that maybe Steffy has cooled down and might be willing to hear him out. He’ll once again apologize for betraying Steffy and shattering the faith she had in him.
Finn will want to make things up to Steffy and rebuild the trust they once shared, but he’ll be dealt another difficult blow.
B&B fans know Steffy recently mentioned that they hadn’t had time to file their marriage certificate at the courthouse.
The show will follow-up on that ominous hint with some devastating news. Steffy won’t be willing to sign the document to make this marriage official, so Finn won’t have a wife at all – at least for now.
Of course, Finn will hold out hope that he can somehow turn things around and seal the deal on this marriage soon.
In the meantime, Finn will face more heartache and beat himself up for causing such a major setback in his relationship.
Other Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Carter will have an admission to make during a deep conversation with Quinn.
This could be about Carter’s lingering love and how part of him was holding out hope that her reunion might fail.
Whatever the case, Carter will see that Quinn’s back where she belongs and will try to let go as best as he can.
It won’t be easy since Quinn and Carter shared something so intense, but Carter will cling to the memories and take it one step at a time.
As for Quinn, she’ll remain devoted to helping Eric through his erectile dysfunction crisis.
Quinn will do whatever she can to be the devoted wife that Eric needs, but some other obstacles and curveballs are coming in this storyline.
