The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) request that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) accompany him at the Newman Media launch party is intriguing. Adam knows Sally’s reputation, yet he’s been pursuing a redemptive course.
So why provoke people’s thoughts with that type of public pairing? Well, Adam is on the path to redemption. But he hasn’t arrived at his destination yet.
Along with the above it must be said that Adam encouraged Sally not to pursue drama at every turn. Surprisingly, he seemed to get through to her. So, Adam’s influence is something that Sally is drawn to.
Young and the Restless Spoilers – Jack Abbott Is Off The Table
Sally genuinely was attracted to Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). She found him to be dashing and obviously well-heeled.
Hope’s alter ego wasn’t necessarily looking for a rich guy to latch onto, but Jack took a liking to her. It is fair to say that both people had a genuine interest in each other.
But Jally wasn’t to be, as Sally’s immature and oftentimes reckless behavior reminded Jack of the many relationship mistakes he made in the past on Y&R.
Jack told Sally on more than one occasion that they were done. Then, he decided to reconsider. The Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) scheme was revealed and that was it for Sally and Jack once more.
Young and the Restless Spoilers – Filling In For Chelsea Lawson
Sally seemed to be taking Chelsea Lawson’s (Melissa Claire Egan) place as Chloe Mitchell’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) pal. But, as Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) heard, Chloe has already begun regretting her decision to add Sally to Newman Media’s fashion platform team.
Adam doesn’t have the other half of Chadam while Chelsea is away on her approved release. Egan recently delivered her son, with all going well. The actor’s maternity leave likely projects to Chelsea not being seen in Genoa City, Wisconsin, until later this fall.
Along with Sally being a stand-in, of sorts, for Chloe, she could also become Adam’s next love interest.
Young and the Restless Spoilers – Fresh Couple In GC?
If Adam is entering into personal relationship territory with Sally, then this will be a different type of pairing. She isn’t Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case), as that connection is electric. Sally also isn’t Chelsea, who is the mother of Connor Newman (Judah Mackey).
Instead, Sally is a fresh challenge. She’s not exactly Adam’s equal and he’s been in far deeper trouble then she ever has.
But the personality traits each person shares would make for a buzzworthy coupling on Y&R. Based on that alone fans of great soap should be rooting for this pairing to happen.
