The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Faith’s Desperate Vanishing Act – Sharon’s Runaway Daughter Drama Erupts?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) may soon feel like her life is completely beyond her control. Y&R fans know Faith has struggled with bullying issues, so she’s been clinging to Jordan (Madison Thompson) as her only “real” friend.

The trouble is Jordan isn’t a real friend at all! Jordan mainly seems to like stirring the pot and only wants to hang out with Faith if it involves breaking the rules. In the December 19 episode, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is quite concerned when she hears Jordan might be a bad influence on Faith.

Nikki argues that there’s enough proof to break up this friendship. In fact, Nikki doesn’t get why Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) haven’t done it already.

However, Sharon hates the idea of taking away someone Faith has a bond with – especially since Faith gave up all her friends at boarding school to come home for Sharon’s cancer crisis.

Even so, that seems like a huge hint that Faith will indeed be forbidden from seeing Jordan eventually. As a result, Jordan may lose interest and find another pawn to play dangerous games with.

If Jordan turns against Faith completely, it could worsen the bullying since Jordan has been trying to intervene when she can.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nikki’s going to be on Faith’s back about her drinking. Sharon and Nick will be pressuring Faith to go to therapy, which Faith certainly doesn’t want to do.

Throw in some pressure from concerned big sister Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Faith may decide she’s officially reached her limit.

Is this all building to a runaway Faith situation? Will Faith pack a bag and take off – leaving Sharon and Nick panicking over their daughter’s disappearance?

Faith is sure to feel pretty hopeless once Jordan’s cut out of her life. She may feel like she has to break free from all the overbearing adults in her life and strike out on her own.

It’s interesting that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is involved as of the December 19 episode as well. Victor makes it clear to Nikki that his family is what matters most – and that he’ll help deal with whatever crisis comes along for each family member.

Perhaps Victor will ultimately have to carry out a search for missing Faith. Victor may leave no stone unturned to make sure runaway Faith’s found and returned to her family.

It just seems like Faith will need a bold move to act out even worse than before. If Faith can’t see Jordan anymore and feels stifled by everyone else around her, it’s easy to see why she would just bolt.

Whatever the case, Faith’s problems will be a lot for her parents and grandparents to handle in the coming weeks. Sharon might have a new reason to lean on Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) if Faith vanishes – and Adam would feel bad about his part in driving Faith away.

It could bring a whole new setup for “Shadam” bonding to further complicate matters.

As other Y&R news and updates come in, we’ll bring you the latest details. The Young and the Restless spoilers say some bombshells are brewing in Faith’s storyline, so keep watching. CDL will have other Young and the Restless spoilers, updates and news to read up on, so check back often.
