The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, June 14, tease that Summer Newman (Hunter King) will have a meltdown and blow up at Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner). As for Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), he’ll have a missing puzzle piece that could help Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan).
For starters, we should address the tension that’s building between Summer and Tara. Although Tara turned down Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) offer to join forces, it’s obvious Sally was right about Tara needing Summer out of the way.
Tara clearly still has feelings for Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and would like to reunite with him.
Despite Tara’s nice act, Summer can’t help but feel uneasy over the way Kyle’s ex is pulling him closer. It was bound to happen through Kyle and Tara’s connection to Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez).
Tara is probably envisioning her picture-perfect family with Kyle and Harrison, but it’s doubtful Summer really fits in that pic – at least for Tara!
Summer can sense all this, but she’s bottling up her insecurities and trying to convince herself everything’s fine. That could lead to Summer finally deciding she can’t take it anymore. The Young and the Restless spoilers say spoilers say Summer will run out of patience and lash out.
It sounds like Tara will be on the receiving end of a major outburst, so Kyle probably won’t approve. Summer could play right into Tara’s hands if she unloads all her frustration and jealousy by ripping into Tara.
Kyle may end up comforting Tara in the aftermath – or at least scolding Summer for her upsetting behavior.
Across town, Amanda will meet up with Victor and score some crucial information about her father. It looks like Victor will convince Amanda to admit she’s Sutton Ames’ (Jack Landron) granddaughter.
Since Sutton blunders and inadvertently reveals it on Friday’s episode, Victor will just need Amanda’s confirmation on Monday.
This could lead to a discussion about Richard Nealon being Amanda’s bio dad. Y&R spoilers say Victor will remember something he hasn’t divulged to Amanda yet, so he’ll drop another bomb and put Amanda a step closer to the truth.
We’ll bring you updates as other news emerges. Amanda will hope to find out why Richard was truly murdered in the coming episodes, so some shocking revelations are in her future.
