The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, November 8, tease that Victoria Newman-Locke (Amelia Heinle) will shut Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) down while Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) plots an attack on Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will also struggle with her worst fear regarding the Newman family and its future, so here’s what Y&R fans can expect.
First, Lily will know she has to take action herself and try to save ChancComm. Billy is too close to this Newman battle as far as Lily’s concerned.
Lily knows it’s personal for Billy, so she’ll feel like she needs to step up and deal with this before it becomes a full-blown war.
Since Billy will stand his ground and refuse to ask Victoria for help, Lily will decide to do it for him. She’ll go to Victoria and push for answers about Newman Media’s agenda, but Victoria won’t want to get tangled up in all this.
Lily will think it’s in everyone’s best interest if they call a truce, but Victoria may fire back that she’s got more important things to contend with.
Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) is in a fight for his life, so Victoria won’t have time to clean up Billy’s messes. If Lily gets caught in the crossfire, then so be it.
Victoria won’t be willing to intervene with Victor, so she’ll feel like Billy and Lily will just have to deal with the fallout.
In the meantime, Billy will go against Lily’s wishes and move forward with an attack on Adam.
Billy will manage to gain a big advantage, so we’ll see if that involves catching onto Jesse Gaines’ (Jamison Jones) game or some other sneaky strategy.
This Newman Media and ChancComm showdown could do some serious damage, but Nikki will be most worried about the destruction happening in her own family.
Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) isn’t getting along with most of the Newmans right now, so that’ll trouble Nikki. She’ll worry the Newman clan will continue to fracture and wish there was a way to restore peace all around.
Of course, the holidays are just around the corner, so maybe Nikki’s wish will be granted at Thanksgiving or Christmas this year.
Until then, Nikki will just have to deal with all the Newman family squabbling as best as she can.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say there’s a way forward for the Newmans, so Nikki just needs to be patient and let things play out.
