The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that the show’s set to do another special crossover with The Bold and the Beautiful, so we’ll see Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez) meet Danny (Keith Carlos) the B&B bartender and his son.
Keith Carlos has been a recurring player on The Bold and the Beautiful since 2018, so B&B fans will recognize him from his time tending Bikini Bar. Danny has made some fun appearances here and there – mostly whenever someone needs to drown his or her sorrows!
However, Danny will enjoy a day off at the park in this Y&R crossover event. Perhaps Danny will be in town visiting family or even for a job interview if he’s looking for a new career path. Regardless, the real point of this interaction will be giving Kyle another young dad to talk to and connect with.
Kyle will exchange introductions with Danny, so this will allow their kids to meet as well. Danny’s son will be played by Carlos’ real-life son, three-year-old Keith Carlos Jr. It sounds like Harrison will make a new friend to play with while their daddies talk.
Danny may be able to give Kyle some good advice about how to put Harrison first and strengthen their bond even further. Of course, Kyle and Danny might bond over some dad struggles as well.
There’ll definitely be some parenting challenges along the way for Kyle, so he could use some guidance from someone like Danny who’ll understand.
These should be some sweet scenes – and it’s nice that the show chose to do a Bold and the Beautiful crossover instead of just casting someone random. It’s always exciting to see the CBS soaps collide in some way, so we’ll look forward to what’s in store this time around.
