The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, April 8, tease that Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) will look forward to some big news.
There’ll be plenty of nervous excitement as Abby and Devon wait to find out if Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) is pregnant.
Mariah will go in for her blood test and pass along the results soon after. You can bet Mariah will be feeling the pressure to come back with positive updates for Abby, who’s desperate to become a mom.
Despite battling some nerves about the pregnancy itself, this is something Mariah really wants to do for Abby and Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz). The thought of delivering anything but a baby bomb to Abby will be tough to bear.
Fortunately, The Young and the Restless spoilers confirm Mariah is indeed pregnant, so there’ll be cause for celebration on Thursday, April 8.
The only downside is Chance won’t be there to share in this good news with Abby, but she’ll make a message in her video diary and hope to share the moment later.
In the meantime, Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) will reveal something troubling to Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
Y&R fans know Lauren found out about Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) insurance policy, so she viewed that as Sally blackmailing Summer Newman (Hunter King).
It sounds like Jack will hear about the blackmail and the fact that Sally still hasn’t put her feud with Summer to rest. Lauren may argue that Jack needs to pry the whole truth out of Sally before his romance goes any deeper, but we’ll see if Jack takes that advice.
There are things about Sally’s past that Jack still needs to know, but Sally will keep trying to wiggle out of spilling.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will give Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) a stern warning. Will this be about Phyllis’ distrust of Sally again or something else?
Phyllis might offer some warning regarding Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) that sends Nick to check on Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) soon enough.
Whatever the case, Nick will land at the penthouse by the end of the week, Friday, April 9 – and Y&R fans can expect his visit with Chelsea to take a stunning turn!
