The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Thursday, November 11 Recap – Gaines Threatens Adam & Victor in Video

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Thursday, November 11, reveals that Jesse Gaines (Jamison Jones) will make a video for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) – and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will reel over the wrong reaction to it.

At the Chancellor mansion on Thursday’s Y&R episode, Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) will struggle to get Dominic Newman-Abbott-Chancellor to stop crying.

Abby will snap at Nina Webster (Tricia Cast) for trying to help, but she’ll eventually soften and admit she hates having to lean on everyone like this.

After Christine Williams (Lauralee Bell) sends a text that says to call her, Nina will lie that it’s from her agent and step out of the room to handle it.

Once Abby takes an anti-anxiety pill, she’ll mumble in her sleep asking where her baby is while Dominic cries next to her.

By the time Abby wakes up, Nina will already be holding Dominic to comfort him.

Despite Nina’s reassurance, Abby will wonder if Dominic even knows who his mother is with so many people pitching in. “Nina, I don’t think I can do this,” Abby will confess.

At ChancComm, Billy will have total confidence in his plan despite Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) wavering on it. Lily will feel like Gaines could go rogue, but Billy will vow to handle him right as Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) shows up.

After Lily downplays the work drama, she’ll get updates on Chance Chancellor’s (Connor Floyd) presumed death and how Abby isn’t coping well.

Devon will want Lily’s advice since he’s contemplating moving Dominic into the penthouse with him. He’ll clarify that he has no legal say in the matter and would need Abby’s approval.

After Lily advises Devon to speak with Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson), he’ll call Ashley to set up a meeting. At ChancComm, Adam will strategize with Victor while Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) eavesdrops outside the door.

Ashley will catch Sally and wonder if she’s listening in on something juicy. She’ll push Sally to make herself scarce before joining Victor to discuss their concerns about Abby.

Afterward, Ashley will get some guidance from Sharon before running into Sally again at the coffeehouse.

Sally will want to interview Ashley for the fashion platform, but Ashley will give her a “hell no” and spell out all the reasons she isn’t interested.

Next, Ashley will meet with Devon and advise against depriving Abby of this mother-baby bonding time by taking Dominic out of the house.

Billy will also run into Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso), who’ll be curious about the missing person case. Rey will think it’s strange when Billy acts like he was wrong and actually seems to be defending Adam.

Billy will act like Adam wouldn’t do anything to jeopardize his new life, so Rey will fill Sharon in on the weird conversation.

In Gaines’ motel room, he’ll accuse Billy of chickening out on publishing Ashland Locke’s (Richard Burgi) takedown story. Gaines will think that’s fine since he can take the story to someone with guts whether he has the letter or not.

However, Billy will argue that they have options and need to be smart about this. He’ll sell Gaines on the idea of a mutually beneficial arrangement since withholding that letter is Gaines’ superpower.

Billy will argue that he needs Gaines to protect ChancComm – and in return, Billy can protect Gaines by making sure he’s living the high life far away from the Newman mayhem.

Billy will add that Gaines’ leverage is even more valuable due to the merger, so he won’t want to see him throw that away for a moment of vengeful satisfaction.

To give Gaines one last push, Billy will point out that Ashland will be living in his “own personal hell” in his final days – just waiting to be exposed. Gaines will decide he’s on board with this offer and will make a video message for Victor and Adam.

Gaines will show off Billy in the background and make it clear that the Newman men had better do whatever Billy says or else Ashland will be exposed as a fraud.

Gaines will also confirm he still has the original letter in this video, so Billy will expect Adam to fold.

Once Gaines finishes the video, Adam will text Billy to insist it was a nice try. He’ll let Billy know his efforts were futile – though he did enjoy watching Billy work so hard.

Billy will start to panic and wonder what kind of game Adam is playing. He’ll rush back to Lily and point out it’s like Adam is daring them to expose Ashland.

Billy will insist Adam isn’t threatened by their threat at all and will want to figure this out fast. “Why is that?” Rey will ask as he enters the ChancComm office.

Back at Newman Media, Sally will walk in and overhear Adam talking to his ChancComm source. Adam will insist it’s time to pull the trigger and blow this thing wide open before he notices Sally glaring at him.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Billy’s in more trouble than he realizes, so stay tuned.
