The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Tuesday, May 11 – Victor’s Doctor for Chelsea, Mental Health Evaluation – Adam’s Freedom

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, May 11, tease that it’ll be showtime for Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan). As part of an agreement with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), Chelsea will have to play the part of the remorseful stroke victim who was pushed over the edge.

To be fair, that’s what Chelsea is minus the remorse part!

Chelsea is also a con artist at her core, so she’ll turn on the waterworks and insist she’s so sorry for what she’s done. It’ll dawn on Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) that Chelsea is confessing, so he’ll get her to confirm it on Tuesday’s Young and the Restless episode.

Victor needs Chelsea to clear Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) name – and that’s exactly what she’ll do. It seems Chelsea will try to sell this as a mental break and will get some help from Victor on that.

The goal may be to act like Chelsea’s brain trauma led to this downward spiral and the decision to frame Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) for poisoning Rey. Michael Bofshever will make his debut on The Young and the Restless as Dr. Hedges, who’ll be a member of Chelsea’s medical team.

Perhaps Victor will pay Dr. Hedges to say Chelsea’s brain injury was indeed the cause of her crimes and argue that she needs help, not prison. Chelsea will need some form of a mental health evaluation, but a stint at Fairview certainly appears to be in her future.

Look for Rey to make a stunning discovery that ties in with all this, so Tuesday’s Y&R episode will definitely bring some surprising revelations.

This is all part of a plot that Young and the Restless spoilers refer to as dangerous, but Victor will have total confidence in his arrangements.

Meanwhile, Adam and Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) will undergo surgery before Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) reports back to Faith’s mom and dad.

Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will get some fantastic news since the kidney transplant will go smoothly – at least on Faith’s end.

It actually looks like things will go well for Adam, too. That’s particularly true since Victor will be working it out so Adam doesn’t have to flee Genoa City upon awakening!

Victor wants Adam to have his freedom and stick around to find redemption, so he’ll do everything in his power to give that to his son.

As other Y&R details emerge, we’ll deliver updates. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Adam will indeed use this as a chance to reset his life and become a brand-new man, so stay tuned to see what the future holds.
