The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, October 26, tease that Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) will get some cancer treatment news – and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will recruit his new son-in-law for Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) ruin.
For starters, Y&R spoilers say Ashland will get updates from his doctor regarding his small-cell lung carcinoma. He’ll hope the chemo is working, but chances are good he won’t get the report he was hoping for.
Since Ashland will turn to Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) for a second opinion later in the week, it appears the first one won’t be what he wants to hear.
Ashland won’t be willing to surrender when it comes to fighting his terminal lung cancer, but he’ll know it’s a matter of buying time rather than curing his condition.
Fortunately, Ashland will get something else to focus on when he heads to Newman Media and overhears Victor scheming with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).
Adam and Victor will be discussing their ChancComm takedown strategy, so Victor will push Ashland to join their team.
Although Billy deleted the video Jesse Gaines (Jamison Jones) sent, he nearly blew up the wedding by bringing Gaines to Tuscany in the first place.
Ashland won’t forget that and will decide he’s on board with plotting the destruction of Billy’s company.
It turns out the Newmans are at an advantage since Billy assumes their threat is a distraction from vanished Gaines.
It’s actually the other way around – or at least it will be once Victor uses Billy’s Gaines obsession against him.
Victor will turn the tables by setting a trap that keeps Billy fixated on Gaines and leaves ChancComm vulnerable.
It serves Billy right for never being able to let anything go, especially whenever Adam is involved. That’ll be Sharon Rosales’ (Sharon Case) complaint on Tuesday as she shows where her loyalty lies.
Sharon will fume over Billy’s never-ending grudge and defend the changes she’s seen in Adam. Sharon will think Billy is being unfair and may warn Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) not to let Billy rope him into his drama.
